David:

I have been quite new to the world of vaping, but in the last three months I have read, studied almost all threads on the ECF forum. From what I have read, there are a few observations I would like to get straight:

Who made the first wireless device;
Who made the first mechanical button;
Who made the first locking button;
Who made the first adjustable path for the button;
Who made the first grounded button;
Who made the first PV with different sections;
Who made the first dual tone PV (Brass & Aluminium);
Who made the first PV with engraving.

What are you going to "invent" next, a Telescopic system and an AFS?
You make a very nice product, 4sure, but be a man, be honest and give credit to who deserves it!!

Thank you for your concern, i will post up a reply shortly.

If you are a MAN you can post your opinion here not by personal message...
At list you could find a new name for your INVENTION (I have accounts on almost every forum,here on GG FORUM I heard first time this name 4 in 1 connection)...What next? T7-SCREWGGDRIVER-SUPEEEER?

I made this post to get the facts on the table, to be fair, straight-foreword, honest and to get an answer from David. I am not a fanboy, I am just looking for the truth and then continue to enjoy the wonderful world of vaping. This forum made me stop smoking cigarettes and I am very thankful for that. I am not criticizing anybody, but if people are not honest I get angry, very angry! So let's wait for David's reply and stay cool!!

As someone who's truly neutral here (never bought anything from GG or SuperT) I don't think it matters that much who does something first. I understand people tend to take these things personally, but they should really try not to. That's business - whoever creates a truly innovative product should fully expect and be prepared for imitators. Companies try to copy and improve on other companies products all the time, and they hardly never (if ever) give credit to the company who's products they were inspired by.

Focus on always providing the best possible product at the best possible price while giving the best possible customer service, and no competitor will be able to compete with you as long as you are marketing your product effectively. Slack off on any of those things and competitors doing those things better than you will start eating your lunch. It's a dog-eat-dog world out there in business - always has been and always will be. Being the first to do something is always good to get a headstart on the competition, but you can't depend on that alone.

Very true, but this is about something else: being a man and being honest.

somewhere out there......
BY design the Super - T is not a GG. But there both a really good device theres no questioning that. Each mod has they're own unique qualities to bring to the table. Ideas for improvement and custimizing changes are braught by not who invented what first but by science and problem solving.

In this case no body copied anyone. His conector is completly different... so dont worry about it. Just enjoy vaping.... before I started vaping I use to smoke pipes and cigarettes. I had several nice hand carved pipes (with carvings of lion heads and other stuff like that) that once were my grandfathers. Now Im collecting mods and enjoy doing so. I guess you can say it runs in the family.

I'm just greatful to have the chance to collect these wonderful mods. ITs worth saving up for them. Because each has there own unique vaping experience. LOL now I know how TRU feels.

Thank you for your concerns Emonty,

It appears by your posts elsewhere, your point in this thread is you are accusing Super-T of copying the 4-in-1 Connector. Unfortunately, and i think it is the source of much confusion and accusations, the "4 - in -1 connector" you speak of was mislabeled as such.

The "4-in-1" connector you speak of is, in reality, a 4-in-2 connector that takes 510 and 801 atomizers in its base configuration and with an additional screw on piece that the manufacturer calls a "Rethreader", you can then run 901 and 901 cartomizers (Since it takes TWO pieces, not one, to be accurately labeled, it should be called a "4-in-2" connector). Lose or misplace this rethreader piece and you can't run the 901's or 901 threaded cartomizers, simple as that.

Super T's True 4-1 though, doesn't need a rethreader, ALL 4 will screw on to ONE Piece, no rethreader required, making it truly a 4 in 1 connector! Nothing to lose, nothing to leave at home, all four screw onto one SINGLE connector! It is very different then your creators 4-in-2 connector.

A very simple litmus test to see if you have a true 4-in-1 connector, is to take your device, lose, leave at home or discard the "Rethreader" piece and then see if all 4 atomizer types will screw on? No, then you don't have a 4 in 1.

You seem to focus on "firsts", as if no one else in the PV industry is capable of creating unique products and that eveyone copies your designer's work. Quite frankly, i think everyone on the forum is sick and tired of this chest thumping, "I was first!" crusade, which even i have been guilty of at times, but i will indulge you on this.

I direct you to this thread of mine from 2009 unveiling the Super T-1 mod, which had many industry firsts and it wasn't until several weeks and months later that some of the Super T-1's mods features (notably adjustable air control, and vents) miraculously appeared on your inventor's devices:

Pic of the Super-T1 mod::

Notable Super-T1's firsts:

-Vent Holes
-Adjustable Air Flow/Draw
-First All mechanical device that wasn't a safety hazard. Indeed your inventor did have the first mechanical grounding mechanical button, but lets not forget it was a safety hazard as it would short out when placed on metal surfaces or touched metal objects such as keys and coins. This is not a first anyone should be bragging about.
-Adjustable button for both throw, spring rate and replaceable (and adjustable) contact
-first bottom protruding negative ground button that made direct contact with the battery bottom (and most importantly, wouldn't short out when placed on metal surfaces), which again, was adopted onto one of your designers devices (GG Slim).

Other Notable Super T firsts (edited 1/13):
- Drips Tips with their Oring Retention system.
- True 4 in 1 connector
- Thinnest 10440. 18XXX, 16340 devices (at their time of release and some still are)
- Vapemate Top Feeder with screw on bottle
- Rhodium Plating
- Hybrid Top Connector
- Advanced non threaded Telescoping design.

If you take the time, you will see there are many, many talented creators who have contributed unique designs and products to this this industry, not just one. To name a few: GLV, Evolv, Cisco, Provari, Genesis/RBA's, GG, Puresmoker, Adaptever, SB and a host of up and coming super talented manufactures!
