My post just disappeared: OK trying this again....

Dear Suppler:

Do you OFTEN go to your own website to make a purchase? Is it "User" friendly? Honestly, I rarely have a problem making an internet purchase, (my Visa will attest to that ! ) but , there is one supplier in particular that is a Nightmare to make a purchase from.
Kick Bass Vapor! Wasted over an hour yesterday trying to make a purchase. Click on "Login"....ok....then make purchase....ok. Oh, AND have clicked on the "notify me" when a certain juice will be available, then make purchase. It kicks me back to "unavailable". Finally, I give up. Oh, AND they have been closed for the past four days.....Several hours later, I get an e-mail from KBV that "the" juice is now available and a link to click on to order. Click on that link.....nothing. Then I receive another e-mail that say's recipient "Bob" is not available. Screw it...
Sooooo, this morning I start all over. Clear my cart. Begin anew. Same program as above. Still trying to make purchase. The "not available" "available" juice is now saying it is NOT available. So, I'm DONE!!!!!
I guess I am either too stupid to make a purchase from you (although I have gotten lucky in the past) or you need to "re-visit" the "customer ease" section of your website.
Thanks,
 :vapor:

OK.....Supplier has contacted me.....working on this. Although it is frustrating to try to do business with a business that is "Closed" alot, in this case I understand why they need to close for a while.

Hello,

I apologize for the inconveniences you've experienced. As you mentioned you have purchased from us in the past without problems. Recently we closed for a week for our 1st break in the 9 months we have been supplying, upon reopening we experienced record ordering and volume. We took in 2 days more orders than we generally take in over a week and had to close the store. As most know who follow us we are one of the most popular juice vendors in the ecig community all while trying to do this with a 2 person mixing team, we spend many days mixing 16 hours a day to keep up but even that wouldn't allow us to meet the current demand.

Upon the launching of KBV we started with a mission statement that we would provide the best customer service along with the best quality we could and we don't feel that can be achieved by bringing in outside mixers who may not take the same pride and care in every bottle that we do. We realize we are passing up a potential "gold mine" by not doing so but money never was the sole motivator behind Kickbassvapor. They are other ways we could correct this problem starting with raising prices to what other custom mixers charge but part of what KBV was founded upon was the thought that just because someone was a talented mixer didn't entitle them to own yachts and fancy cars.

We are working class people like most doing the best we can to meet the demand of a demanding market. Once the word got out about us we've experienced 100% growth month over month for 6 months, rather than try to take advantage of a once in a lifetime opportunity we chose to deal with people on a personal basis. We realize the possibility exists we may never meet the demand that comes with our product but feel that up until this recent vacation we took everyone who wanted to had the opportunity to try KBV. We also feel this is temporary and we will be open again Monday evening most likely and will be working 16 hour days trying to meet demand.

Again I apologize and I know that most who read this know and understand that although sometimes a little patience is required for ordering we elect to go that route as opposed to having people wait on what we feel are obscene turn around times of a week or more.

Sincerely
KBV
