Okay,I used V4L for quite a few months,Im one of the koolaid drinking sheep from the begining of the game.Things have changed. They started out all about better products and customer service, but sometime recently they dropped the ball. They were one of the best companies to deal with and I recomended them to alot of newbies. Now I get the feeling they forgot the game plan and the promises that were made,I think now,its all about building STEVE the perfect ecig and we foot the bill.I stopped buying my batteries from them and switched to a BB.I still buy cartos from them but only on sale when I can get an awesome deal.I totally agree that things have changed and people are unhappy about it.It really bothers me because I had alot of faith in Steve and I really believed and trusted he would care about us.That may sound stupid to you,but in the begining when he was working out of his house,He truely seemed to care and made everyone feel like we were part of what he was doing.Im going to pour out my koolaid and hang up my sheep costume now,it makes me sad.

That's why I won't give free advertising to any vendors in my signature now. I didn't buy from V4L but I got burned by a couple of the best-loved vendors on the forum and feel like I can't say anything without getting bombarded by the "sheep". That's not right and those of us that have been around awhile see this. Some people just know how to get a following but they will always end up feeling too powerful and indestructible and we're the ones that pay the price.

It doesn't sound stupid to me at all and I'm sorry you feel sad and bothered by it all. It's disheartening when something you believed in bursts, whether it's a business or something more personal. <3

It's been two days since I escalated the issue to Mark and I've not heard a word back. Clearly they have no intention of responding and sending me what I ordered. It was easily rectified and they lost a customer over it.

The funny thing is that I placed an order with VaporRenu like a lot of you guys. Brand new small company right? One thing I ordered they ran out of. Got an email notifying me of it, shipped my order with what they had, and they credited by credit card. Now THAT'S how you handle a situation like this!

It took a lot of my time and posting publicly in the Review Forum (boy that was something watching the TW meltdown!). But I finally heard from them and they are sending me two packs of cartos.

Not worth the time I put into it for what I got, but I managed to get their attention and that's something. Although frankly this should have been taken care of with my first simple email.

LOL, they probably have an * next to my account now. Make Sure You Send This Person What They Ordered.

For 510 gear, I've found Electronic-Ash and cignot.com to be the best. $6.99 for 510 atties at E-A, 3 for $25 @ cignot. Both are great service.

For juice, I go to Drew at Nhaler. I love his High Octane Cigarillo and High Voltage SpiceBacco. I also love Halo Freedom and Smooth 8.

You won't have any customer service/appreciation issues with these 4 companies. They are top notch every time I order. And that's pretty often.

I've only ordered from a small handfull of suppliers. I'm pretty loyal until I either a) find something MUCH better or b) am screwed over.
equipment: I do use V4L for my batteries and blanks. The color choices appeal to the giddy child in me. That said I've started looking elsewhere lately. I HATE their juices. (That's right I said it. Shoot me with the kool-aid squirt guns) I've also used Bluegrass vapors for carts good prices and it's local. Havn't tried his juice 'cause I'm finicky.

Juices. I'm still big with TV. I've only had one order go wrong with him and he contacted me first to offer a replacement. HE's not the nicest guy- but he makes the juice I like.
And Ms.T.... Oh ms.T. while Some of her flavors are phenominal her chocolates make me want to gag. her prices are a bit pricy but the ones she's gotten right were really really right.

DIY: I just just got started into this. So far only one supplier tried. PErfumers apprentice. and WOW! great flavors, and I'd asked her to make up a flavor sample for me (black tea) she didn't have it in when I made my order, then shot me an email telling me she was sending me some a little later. That's great for me!

DIY parts: MAd vapes is my only go to right now. Quick shipping good prices.. No issues needing CS so I don't know how good/bad it is. I know they had my batteries and bottles- but did NOT have and plain VG/PG despite it being advertised on the site.

Mod: I have but one mod that I didn't build thus far. It's the Sabre touch- I "won" a good deal on it and am thus far pretty pleased. Again no need for customer service yet but his shipping was super fast with updates all along the way. I'd love to buy a lazer mod but they're NEVER in stock (don't remember who has them right now) when I go look. I don't know if this is more demand then can be supplied or sheer lazyness.

-510 atomizers: ecigsupply, they're around $7 if you buy in bulk and you can get many different colors

-juice: Tasty Vapor & Ms. T's are my favorites, luv Geoff & Ms. T.

-diy stuff: Perfumer's Apprentice, Capella, & freedomsmokesusa for flavorings. PG & VG in bulk at essentialwholesale.com. Nic from myfreedomsmokes & gonna get some also from cloudsofvapor. Bottles from USPlastics.

-drip tips from SuperT Manufacturing. His delrin long 510s are much easier to get off the atty than Nhaler's.

-mod batteries from lighthound.com & cloudsofvapor

I guess I've been lucky in that I've never had a bad experience from a vendor. Great service from these and other vendors I've dealt with.

will update on trueman shortly

ok, i have received the second package from trueman.
i now have the right chargers, as ordered.
small mishap with replacement of doa battery, got white instead of black.
replacements were sent by ems, i was not asked to return anything.
i emailed thomas and told him to take care of the wrong color battery with my next order.
as far as i can tell from my experience trueman does try to provide good customer service.:)
