How long does it usually take to get a reply on a support ticket? I've been waiting 3 days.
Maybe some one else out here can give me a hand though.

I got the vgo kit with the 4 tanks. One lasted 2 weeks, then nothing from it. Another seemed to slowly loose power, and the other i could see the atomizer light up orange and give everything a burnt taste. On my last one now and its good so far, but i dont see a way to order more of the vgo tanks.

Will the new dual tanks work on vgo? How long should a vgo tank normally last?

Dual coil tanks work on the vgo Zohcray (sir or Ms.?). The ce4 tanks are hit and miss for longevity... If you placed it late on thursday you should hear back from V4L on monday...
