I hadn't been to a B&M for well over a year. I decided to go to one of my local B&M locations 8/7 to see just how they were going to continue business from the next day forth.
Perched at the bar sampling flavors I watched several people enter needing assistance and/or with many questions that could not be answered the following day. All of these people were unaware or had very little knowledge of the regulations to come.
The owner explained to the customers that starting the next day he and his employees would no longer be able to provide services and answer many of the questions being asked, in essence, they had to have a hands off approach.
It was then I decided to go to at least one B&M a week to help out where I could, answering questions, putting together hardware, building coils (if allowed), spreading advocacy, and steering people here to EFC.
I normally purchase online and dabble in DIY and up until now I have had little need to visit local shops.
I have received so much help here in the past (thank you all). Now I would like to pass that knowledge on to my local community, an I hope many of you will do the same.
