Received my Supreme yesterday. Had to bore the cage of my Black Oak to fit it in. Dunno if I got lucky or I'm just good, but I installed dual twisted 28 GA SS 316 vertical 7wrap 3mm with rayon. Initial fill went in and not a drop of leakage. JFC is open all the way (started mid way and got a dry puff). Flavor is good. Airflow is good. Can't say I have any complaints.

While the supreme is having a bath, finally got around to updating my v1 rdta. Got a trinity glass Pyrex X top, v2 base and threw it together to create the below. Also trying fiber freaks cotton blend 1 first the first time with ez duz it on ice.

So, I have leak. I haven't performed the autopsy to locate the cause. It only leaks if laid on the side. Any suggestions? Vertical coil with rayon dancing on the floor of the rba base. Should the wick cover the juice holes on the floor?

Cover the juice holes, but don't pack it, also try and make sure the cotton isn't slammed against the chamber walls. Turning off the JFC also helps. ;)

Just a few more tips to throw out there, I cut my cotton tails so both ends meet in the center of the deck and partially overlap occasionally, I also still fluff my cotton tails like with the OG Aromamizer. Afterwards I use a piece of my wire clippings to poke the wicks from the bottom of the deck, through the juice feeding holes AFTER I prime my wicks, to keep the wick from being compacted onto the feed holes after it expands. Just giving a few tips if anyone's having any issues.

BURp it!
Fill it
Flip it
Open JC
FLIP IT BACK
I was having this issue, I was getting dry hits, according to steam crave, the tank is plug and play, NO SIR, you have to BURP IT LIKE MOST TANKS... let me know

First round is on me young man. Danka. It just happened and I'm not happy. About 30 ML of juice vaped which is 65%PG/35% VG. No leaks, No dribbles. Yummy vape. Then my KGD goes dry! This is not my first rodeo. Removed deck, poked the 4 juice holes with Kanthal. Assemble and burp per geek ej. Finally bubbles and all is well for the moment. My KGD wick is not worn out and this is a tame dual Horizontal Kanthal build with KGD. Reluctantly, I'm calling the wicking on the Supreme "tricky" with the kind of juice I vape. Just my own view and I'm sure some will differ. BTW, I own three of them! /lol

I have both the 4ml and 7ml version. This tank is wet, after a couple hours of chain vaping I always find condensation around the airflow holes, enough to stink up your pants or shirt. IMHO not that pocket friendly compared to others. Will most likely be shelving mine soon.

I get the occasional wetness around the top of my Mod, but it is the spitting from the coils, not a leaking issue. I have NOT tried a vertical build, only horizontal, I wrap my cotton under the coil with a little overlap and cover the holes, but I make sure I can see daylight under the metal coil, so airflow can pass. Wicked it 4 times this way and no problem, Yet. I also will see liquid on the stainless steel ring base (not the adjustable black ring) by the air hole, but again I think it's the spit back, so I agree NOT so pocket friendly!

It's not gonna hurt you if you burp it, after weeks of frustration on the supreme, I finally found the trick, it doesn't matter how well you wick it, if there's not enough vacuum effect, you will get dry hits... BURP IT PEEPS

No problem for me! When I am holding it I move it a little back and forth and the bubbles rise! But I am seeing the same thing in my Griffin 25 that I just built today, the glass looks to tight for it to feed into the holes, but not a problem?

Only ever done vertical claptons on the rdta and supreme. Going to do a quad twisted and see how that feels. Vertical all the time. Idiot proof wicking for this wick-ly challenged like me.

LOL, I have never tried myself! I bought a lot of pre-coiled wotofo claptons (2 left) and a assorted pack of prebuilts I have to go thru (80 coils of 8 different types). Then I can finally build with my new tools and stuff!
So I will find out how bad I am going to be!

I bought premade claptons but most of these muppets do 2mm or 2.5mm. I can only wick properly at 3mm. Fat fingers and heavy hands is not a good mix. 3mm and I am all good. Also this fiber freaks is okay but freekin expensive for 4 pads. Will stick to cotton bacon v2.

You know I need to check the dia. of these Wotofo, goning to need to build that style after they are gone. They are .5 ohms about 4 wraps, maybe 5 (never counted)! But I know what you mean! got the same hand problem AND poor eye sight! LOL, the look so much bigger in the videos! Never tried the Fiber stuff, and so far I am about to run out of cotton bacon V1, got a fresh bag of V2 just waiting! :thumb:

Burping it works (I'd never tried that before reading your post, so thank you!) or what I do sometimes, cover the airholes tight and take a couple hard pulls. Even that doesnt fix the vacuum though, just forces liquid down... I use liquid that's around 90% VG, wicking is always a.... Struggle and takes experimentation. Not the cotton itself, but getting liquid to the ends of the cotton in the first place...

And 5 minutes after I say that, I do it after forgetting I loosened the fill cap and dump about 3mL of liquid on my mod and myself. I'll stick to burping Dx
