Interestingly, the EPA and others (you know, all the "big government guys") did a good cleanup job. And the alarms installed (EPA Regs?) worked in this case. See story near bottom. Alas, hard to say what procedures are in effect in what countries. Of course, it's their site so I don't expect bad stories.
They do allude to needing better monitoring programs and also to putting a plan together for better controls. But......they indicate it's a minor issue so far. Any other information that someone has? Or is this just some personal anxiety attack?

Think Chernobyl - Fukushima, etc.
Then think how businesses are structured to be really sensitive and careful about using environmentally hazardous materials.

My first thought was clever angles using a low light setting/slow f-stop setting
Everything post WWII is radioactive, just a "little" it's one way we date wine as authentic dates the level or lack of radiation, the whole earth has been affected by nuclear events, especially the soil(sorry you anxiety nuts, I'm a bit of one too,

I understand, ... I'm not going to get fitted for one of those nifty silver hats yet though.
My first thought was that the person noticed how well the monitors power light was reflecting through his tank and then used the camera as you said to get it to look like it's glowing.
