Hi just got this mod, first impressions it comes in a beautiful box. Took it a part checked the threading on the entire Mod and they are smooth as silk, put it together in a 18650 mode so far tried my kayfun and immortalizer on it and this mod packs a heavy punch it looks very beautiful and the craftsmanship is flawless I don't have any of the unobtanium or other high end Mods that I can compare this one to
but so far very impressed with it so if you are on the fence I would suggest to go for it "if you can find one now they're all gone" beautiful American made. I'm in Vape heaven thanks for looking.

is there a vid or review to show how the contacts adjust ... top and bottom
or can you explain it more? thanks
BTW just noticed that the switch telescopes I like this feature a lot,at first it was firing when standing up adjusted the bottom pin and now it's perfect the most impressive feature this far are the threads and the way it hits of course.

Ukeman look at the pics in this linkhttp://www.vaperev.com/blog/meet-the-king/ the top pin is 2 pieces of octagon shape copper and they both move for perfect fit for the atty and the battery, the bottom is one piece that telescopes up and down for perfect fit and for easy cleaning by unscrewing the bottom pin the all switch comes apart.BTW I suggest screwing it all the way in for a shorter throw and won't fire standing up.

My King Review: Ukeman

I don't like too much flash...
but i bought it just because i wanted to try a device comparable to a Chi You which i've never even seen in person, and i'm obsessive about my vaping.

Damn. This thing looks and feels like what Liberace would have if he were a vaper and a plumber :) I mean it almost looks like a polished golden pipe; a plumbers wet dream...lol.
Its like if anyone came into my office it would have to be hidden out of sight... its crazy "bling" I mean this thing is polished!

And its heavy... super heavy, hefty thick walls.
I got an ELA in mail now and its supposed to be heavy too, and crazy good in its machining and design (except for the tapered bottom button).

I kept telling myself; fool you got enough and too many high end mechanicals (VR Nem at the post office now... QZ1 and Ghost Modder mech incoming) ... sell this now... before the Nem hits the market on Monday.

i have a Lux, which i love... elegant yet subtle, light, and superbly functional (top and bottom adjustments, new locking ring, short light throw) and with its gold plated contacts, hits harder than any mechanicals i've tried (except this King).
The Nemesis is also going to be how i like a mod; solid but light, even with bling, comparable in performance and state of the art design factors to the LUX... my kind of mechanical.

But hell, the King is nice. After trying it for a couple sessions I can't really fault it for performance.
I hope we get the lock issue figured out, but I doubt i'm going to carry this hefty pipe in my pocket; or anywhere since i vape 95% at home where i live and work.
I have the button turned close for short throw and it doesn't fire standing up. (in 500 mode, how it comes without the small 650 extension) and its smooth.

Here's the main point; except for my cosmetic issues, as far as i can tell this mech
1. Functions well in every way that i want it to.
2. It hits like a freek'in (insert words)______ ______!

At this point i'll "compare" it to another hard hitting mod I have only heard about; the Steam Punk... they're both copper contacts right?

I will say it is my kind of mod... in other words its imperative that you use less than 6mg nic juices.
I guess it will live with my more finesse high end mechs, but in the like "Golds Gym" or "Muscle Beach" side of town.

I think I'm going to put it up on the market asap but maybe not...
