Hi, not sure if this should go here or in the polls sub-thread... Anyway, I have to conduct a survey for my Methods of Analysis class I am taking through the University of Arizona, this has no other affiliation with the University other than I am attending classes there.

I wrote an initial introduction/information paper for my first paper, wrote a research/study proposal for my second paper (methods) and this is the third part (progression) of a five paper process.

There are 8 questions on the survey, 5 yes or no and 3 rating scale type questions. This should take only a moment of your time. I can survey up to 100 people in the next week (7 days or until 100 people have responded).

This is my first time doing something like this. This information will only be used for my class, RNCV316 for this progression paper and the final final inclusive paper.

Here is the link.

Thank you!

Took the survey..it was quick, easy and to the point. As one who had never tried to quit smoking prior to switching to ecigs, my response to whether I felt that the patch, lozenge etc was effective was not accurate. I answered with the least ranked response.

Sidenote, I write a lot of surveys for work using a paid version of Survey Monkey that offers more functionality.Writing surveys can get complicated, so I always take them when I am asked.

Good jobs and I hope it helps.
