Careful with the EM it tends to mute flavor over 1% and is really used to add thickness and body. It also adds the effect of sweetness to an already sweet flavoring but does not in itself add sweetness. If its sweetening your looking for use regular sweetener (Sucralose) but stick to under 1% with that as well.

Some flavors I still like with a bit of EM, but lately I have been using OoO Marshmallow instead. Would you happen to know what makes that sweet? Is that sucralose? I figure if anyone would know, it would be you.

Thanks!

I dont know for sure its not Stevia I can taste that in juice. My guess would be sucralose do the people that do the extracts add sweetner had thought sweetness in extract would be from the source of the starting element? I am moving away from EM also running into flavor muting issues with it.
