Awesome list! So many are great as single flavors!
RY4 Double with Carmel Candy and can add a pecan
Any berry with cheesecake sounds good
Pumpkin Pie/Cheesecake also
Coffee with Chocolate
Dilute the Ripe Banana and add a tiny bit to the Peanut Butter or Chocolate
I don't see Honey on your list but I add honey to a lot of tobacco flavors for a change of pace
from straight tobacco!
