I've used Sweet Vapes for a long time and never had a problem. They have a 24 hour policy on reporting issues.

I received two Kanger Subtank Plus tanks, one Black and the other Stainless on the evening of 3/17. On 3/18 I built (or attempted) both tanks. The Black tanks machining is terrible! The threading where the tank meets the deck is extremely hard to get on and off, the same problem exists where the coil screws into the deck.

The resistance jumps on the Black unit and I believe it is due to the poor threading and possibly not making good contact with the pin.

I placed a ticket and left a voice mail because I made several attempts to call and they do not answer their phone.

With a 24hr reporting period how much time should they get to respond to the claim. They are open today and have not answered their phone or responded to my ticket.
