It's one of your body's reactions to quitting smoking. It's not because of vaping. Some people get mouth ulcers when they quit. I got two of them. They go away, and don't return. You may also get acne. One of our more knowledgeable members will be by soon to point you to a thread outlining the symptoms of withdrawal that you may or may not experience. Good on you for quitting, and good luck to you on keeping it up.

I missed out on those, but I brushed my teeth 5 or 6 times a day with floss & mouth wash each time just like the dentist would want. Every time I ate or went near the bathroom I brushed my teeth. The bonus is that it really helped to keep the vapor's tongue a bay, very time the flavor started to go away some time with the tooth brush and a some water and things were back to normal.

I quit smoking and started vaping 6 days ago. Well the problem is I'm getting mouth sores (inside my mouth). Is it from quiting smoking or from vaping? Is there anything I can do to make them go away faster

Second example (on my computer right now) has to do with a person quitting smoking suffering from mouth sores, but all the information in this site is very useful (L-lysine, yogurt, buttermilk, etc.) Please read all the examples to see if any apply to you.

Rinse with listerine about 30/70 the smaller part is the mouth was 70 is water you cut it otherwise it will deaden the flesh around the sore. But cutting it still cleans. And rinse with warm saltwater. I knew my dental assisting education was not wasted when I became disabled. Whoot. Good luck and awesome job on the no cigs.
Just make sure it's the old school yellow listerine. I find any of the other stuff that has sugars or some kind of sweetener in them just make them worse.
