I like VUSE pretty well but I have been having problems with head-rushes and anxiety. Though I have been under a lot of stress lately. But also after I use that product sometime I feel numb. However I haven't been getting a whole lot of sleep lately ether. I wonder if VUSE uped their nicotine or something. I want something I can use more like I would a cigarette.

What I want is a new system at least as powerful as VUSE. And strong tasting E-Juce with very low nicotine and the option to go 0 nicotine. I might have to mix juice to get the low dose I want. Maybe around 0.5mg or a little more. And hopefully this is easy to do. And advice? :|

You shouldn't have to mix your own juice (if you don't want to) to get less nicotine than Vuse. Their liquid is 48 mg/ml, but it doesn't put out much vapor (its flavor is mostly nicotine). Use a liquid with 1/8 or even 1/16th the nic concentration and a device that uses 2-4 times as much of it for more flavor and satisfaction. Look around here for advice on starter setups. If you like cig-a-like size someone was liking the Kamry Micro the other day. I'm a fan of the original single coil EVOD vape pens. The most recommended of all time would be based around the mini-Nautilus tank.

I ordered A single coil vape pin just to try it. What are some brands with nicotine concentration that low?
Everybody has 6 mg/ml. Some have 3 mg/ml however most of that is high VG which may be to thick too wick into small coils sufficiently. Also you can mix half-and-half with 0 mg of the same flavor or unflavored, or use a small amount of unflavored for the nicotine part, or dilute with PG or VG for a change of that ratio.

Hey Jason321! I'm part owner of a juice manufacturer and have some insight for you--i think. Yes, you can get 0,3,6 mg from just about any company. Usually, if someone smokes a pack/day, we recommend starting at 6mg or 3mg. It's not as scary as it might seem. I went from Blu ecigalikes way back when to a starter pen and never looked back. The transition was pretty easy. If I were you, I'd google "best vape starter kits" and look at a couple lists and just find one you think might be cool. There are dozens of rgeat ones out there. I personally think the iJust Taste 2 is AWESOME.

If he's coming down from 48mg/ml or even 24mg/ml he should really start at around 18, going too low too fast is just as bad as going too high. Never used a Vuse before but if the information in this thread is correct and Vuse is in indeed 48mg/ml (seems awfully high) you'll want to start at around 18 and adjust from there.

Your best bet is to go with small pen style starter kits, both Kanger and Joyetech make excellent ones. And most juice companies have their flavors in a variety of nicotine levels, so you should be able to find something that fits you nicely, and the best part is these devices are cheaper in the long run over cigalikes.

I started on Vuse and went down to 24 mg on an eGo. Stayed with that through the Nauti coil phase. Started building single coil stuff like Merlin and went to 12 mg. Now dual coil midrange power 6 mg. As you said, it's important to have enough nic to not want to go back to smoking, but not such an excess you feel sick from it. I've tried to go to 3 mg, but that's just not enough for me at this point. Which is fine. I'm over a year not smoking and that's all that counts to me.
