I quit smoking about 3-4weeks ago thanks to the ego and DCT (1.5ohm). Looking for a vv upgrade I ordered the SS Vtube mini due to low price with discount code (20% off) and good reviews. I have heard that do to the amp limit some cartos will not allow for more than 3.7volts. The current cartos I have are 1.5ohm DC and I am looking for a good carto that I can use with my existing tank, which I believe is a smoktech DCT(not sure as I got it from a local shop), on the Vtube when it arrives. I know there are lot's of people who like the boge 3.0, but I do not want to have to purchase a $30-$50+ tank at the moment and do to the shorter size and design (lack of bottom flange?) of the recommended regular boge 3.0, although the act v3 looks like a good solution it's costly and out of stock.
I have been looking around for a 3ohm single coil tank carto and have found some at alt smoke but I haven't seen any reviews, does anyone have any experience with these? If so, please inform me? I have seen the SCT cartos that have the 3 holes but have heard that they tend to flood. I would also be interested in DCT cartos (like the ones they sell at Apollo which are 3ohm DCT cartos) that will allow me the flexibility voltage wise, but have also heard that they are not as good. Does anyone have any options, recommendations, opinions for me? Should I just get the 3ohm SC Boge and spring for a tank? If so what tank? I would be interested in one that preferably has SS end caps, fits the boge perfectly (where the top of the carto is flush with the top of the tank) and that isn't any larger (diameter) than the Vtube itself. I really do not want to spend the money experimenting too much with different combos, so I am relying on the experience of the veteran vaporor's (is that a word?) around here to guide me. Thanks.
