3mg liquid in Nautilus and Evod style tanks is pretty low for someone just quitting cigarettes. You might want to consider higher nic levels IF vaping at your current levels isn't satisfying your needs. (many of us who started on similar devices used 12mg to 24mg and higher to start with).

I quit 3 month ago. Haven't even wished for a cig once since my first draw. Not all people are like that. Couple of my friends are doing it too with different experiences.

Based on my personal experience and those few of my friends I can guve you 2 advices how to make this work:
1) dont give up easily just because your current setup is not working for you! There are soooo many options that in time you will learn how to fit your taste... MTL or DL, RDA/RTA/RBA, warm/cold vape, then hundreds of tanks and thousands of liquids. Just use this forum to help you guide your setup and usage into your peraonal 'sweetspot' of vaping. It will take time.

2) nic % is very important! A lot of people try to cut it down or simply miscalculate amount of nic comparable to ciggs. If its too low, craving for ciggs comes back. Since nic is really not an health issue (like coffeine) I suggest increasing it if you find vape does not satisfy your need for it (your current 3mg seems low). You can always cut it down later if you want to decrease your addiction.

You'll get there. :)

I was still smoking at least 10 on day 7. It was about a month when I got down to just two, one in the morning, one in the evening. Then one day, with some strong juice (24mg) I just stopped.

Hi and Welcome
Maybe try upping your nic level as others have said. I started out with 12mg and am now at 1.5mg. In time I hope to make that zero. When you are ready you will be able to stop smoking. I did it in a week and have never looked back. So if you need any help along the way just ask and someone will be able answer any question you may have.

Welcome to the forum and good luck. Those last few cigarettes can be really painful and I'd agree with maybe upping your nic a bit. Dual use at first is pretty common. If it persists, there are lots of other strategies you can try, but I'd say for now finding a reasonable nic level for yourself might be key (and a few flavors you really like the taste of and that taste better than cigarettes.)

Welcome aboard!
