Woo hoo congrats! Yes generally on those devices smokers need to start at 18 mg or higher. One things I recommend to newbies is try to find 3 juices you really loooove....no more then one tobacco flavour. Then buy them in the highest nic you can. Also buy a same flavour bottle for each in zero nic. I tell folks to start out
vaping at the highest nic that feels comfortable. In other words, right throats hit ( that inhale sort of tightening in your throats you get from a cig) and no nic sickness. Many folks like when they smoked vape more at home. It's partly in the beginning wonder at the new fun toy and partly I believe cig detox. Point is, if they are chain vaping and start to feel a bit nic sick or too energetic to get to bed on time, I tell the man to add a little zero. The three flavours is important because sometimes we get bored of a taste or our palate kind of conks out esp when out body is healing. Then I always advise a back up device. Just something small and cheap. It doubles as a stealth device for places like the workplace. Now that is the device if they want tobacco ( some people don't want it it makes them crave a cig because it doesn't taste like one but reminds them) point is their backup device is their cigarette. So I tell them but a special juice in there.. a treat juice. Either a fancy American or U.K. Juice (we are in Canada some of those run us $60 a bottle) in a super duper flavour AND next higher up nic level, or something like a net juice (black note I find are all great) and only if their everyday is at or above a 24 do I advise a Non Julia salt. So then to kick the cigs I tell them to vape on their everyday juices. If or when they start to want a cig, they can grab their new cigarette device and vape on that for 10 minutes at least mtl hold in mouth, inhale to lung, exhale through nose. Really taste that super juice, am to have no visible exhale. If they still then want a cig, no guilt they can have onexonsciously. The goal is to sort out why they want it and directly compare it to vaping. Generally those occasional cigs go away on their own but if they don't after a few weeks we look at why and tweak from there. Sometimes they need to switch to dl, sometimes they need nic supplement during the day for a while, sometimes they need to move to some wta juice. The point is, it's a process for many people, figuring out their smoking and learning how to outsmart
it. But with patience, perserverence and determination we can all get to be smoke free!
Keep up the great work and again congrats!
