I got a Vapor King.

Very good choice to start with. I purchased others first and then a couple mods but finally found the KR808 Vapor King. I wish that this was my first choice. I like it because I can grap and go when I'm out and about. I use the others for vaping at home where I have the time to refill and fiddle with them.

What helped me out the most was a pass through. If there was a panic moment the pass through gave me the kind of hit that made me relax and that's when I started trusting the e-cigs.

I smoked the last two real cigs in an already open pack the day my e-cig came(couldnt just throw them away..should have)...but I havnt since.

If your having trouble make sure your nicotine MG level is appropriate for what you smoked.

FTR, there are plenty of reasons, both physical and psychological, that a person would have trouble that have nothing to do with nicotine levels. If the nicotine was the only reason we smoke(d), then everyone could quit with the patch.

6 days. One of my batteries out of my first kit wasn't working and I hadn't really planned on quitting right away. I just tried to keep it down to a dull roar until the second battery got here and I got some 24 mg. juice. (I had started with 18). I got the new battery fast and was down to that morning cigarette only, when I realized I just need to decide I wasn't going to smoke it, I knew I was one of those people that would be smoking it for the next 10 years if I let myself. I had a few cravings, but just vaped my head off after that. Now, I really don't even want a cigarette. I was cleaning out my car the other day and found a cigarette that I must have dropped. Still all clean and everything. It went in the trash and I didn't feel a thing. Think I knew then that I was really over smoking. You will get there. Figure out what's best for you, but don't let yourself get away with anything either. In other words, be reasonable, not ridiculous and it will come.

Same here. I had one Black & Mild left in a pack, and I didn't want it to "go to waste". It's been two weeks and I haven't missed them one bit.

I'm still new to vaping (5 days) and still working through the initial learning curve. For now, I find myself smoking 2-3 analogs a day. I had a full pack of smokes that I'm "finishing off" and I still have a craving in the morning. That being said, 2-3 a day is a lot better than a pack a day. I think I'll be done smoking analogs when this pack is finished off and I get the new juice.

Getting rid of that craving/habit of smoking early in the morning or after a meal can take a bit, but it will pass. You can also try to vape it away with some higher-nic juice.

If after a few weeks you still can't get rid of those last analogs, you might need more from tobacco than just nicotine, happens to around 20% of all vapers. If that is the case, head over to the smokeless section of the forum - there are considerably better and safer alternatives than analogs. But that's something to have a look at in a few weeks, if at all.

It took me about 2 to 3 months to get completely off of tar stix. If I remember right, after I got my first "vaporette", I bought a carton of cigs, then 3 packs, 3 packs again and then 2 packs - one of which is still in my truck with one cigarette gone from it. You have to WANT to get off cigs. For me, the money savings was the big motivator. Heck, I was even googling how to grow your own tobacco when I happened onto e-cigs! lol

I haven't had a cigarette since December and I was smoking around 1 1/2 to 2 cartons a week. Saved a ton of $$ so far and I've got to say that vaping is a whole lot more fun than smoking because I work in electrical engineering as a tech and love to mess around with funky mods, regulator desiggns and adapters.

Yes, those seem to be the hardest ones to avoid so far. Especially the first one in the morning.
