I'm not sure I want to spend 135 bucks on that. I have a clone my way, but I'm told they also leak!
Yeah my thoughts exactly. Then again I bought a authentic Kayfun prime for $200. I cried for a month for forking out that money, but are smiling now for the last year every time I light it up. The same will go for the Boxxer, i'm sure.
I have the clone. Its a fantastic vape, but leaks like a sieve. Very good but VERY frustrating to use.

LoL I wanted to try a 0.15ohm at 2V.
Strangest thing happened. It shows 0.73ohm...and it vapes beautiful at that Watts.

Figure that :w00t:
If that is an EC-Mesh 0.15 ohm coil then it is bad or you have a poor connection. The problem is you will be in for a nasty surprise if that coil drops to its normal resistance during a vape. The mod will continue to put the voltage required for the wrong resistance into the coil.

Yeah it is a EC-M coil. I figured it can only be a connecting problem when I first fired it. I fiddled, loosened, turned and tightened it, trying to get a better connection but that's what it wants. Its a a used coil that has been sitting for a few weeks.
Yeah i'm waiting for the surprise but for now its blowing the good steam

First I have to say I'm not sure just how that would go. Most non DNA mods sample the resistance before/at firing and would continue outputting the same voltage. But my understanding is that a DNA board monitors resistance rather quickly during the entire firing process and should be able to maintain set wattage.

haha. Been there, done that. I like living dangerously but never going there again. I believe it was with a Taifun in my early building days.

A ofl feedback, thanks. Do I have this right:
If I recall, there were (still are) alot of complaints about the Boro tank leaking. Yet that is the tank I would need to use almost all the RBA build decks I mentioned above.
The A tank, which I have not heard of any leaking issues, is really for drop in coil Bridges, which I'd rather not use.
To date i've never had any leaks on my boro's (touch wood) ever :) You're thinking of the Odis Boxxer which had terrible problems....they are bringing out another one which has ironed out all the problems and anyone who can prove they had an original will get the new tank free of charge :)

@b.m. I stand corrected. All new terminology gets a bit confusing.
So to use the SXK (initially) with RBA decks- the kit comes with the Kanger RBA head (which I may or may not like.) But the unit also comes with the Boro tank.
SO- If I were to get another Boro tank and 2 RBA decks I would be good to go? As far as the options for RBA deck- do thee all fit in the Boro and what the the + / - to each:
Insider- seems to require a bit more precise wicking as far as amount of cotton (?)
Exocet
Vape Shell.
Arguably the vapeshell is the best rebuildable. It's my favourite and flavour and throat hit are amazing....my advice....get the Vapeshell :)

Mine arrived yesterday, haven’t put it down since. Kicking myself for not getting one ages ago!

I found the Aspire Clapton’s a bit of a let down, not as much flavour as my Nautilus gave and too airy but my condensation plugs arrived today so I’ll try them again tomorrow and see how they perform.

Really impressed with the Kanger RBA though, wasn’t expecting much but it’s been great so far with a Coilology MTL fused Clapton. Just waiting for my Insider, Vape Shell & Excocet to arrive from FT and a few spare Boro tanks to bung then in :) also have the A tank coming, not sure what coils to get for this yet.

The condensation plugs have been great to use and see how they all effect the airflow & vape I get.

Can see this replacing 90% of my kit, just feels like the perfect do it all mod for me.
Really glad that you're enjoying it....you sound almost exactly like me when I got one. It's a common reaction actually simply because it produces such a great vape...

You're going to love the vapeshell....it's my favourite so far :)

Hey Fred....i'm looking to get the Odis newbie when it's ready also.....it's definitely worth it even if SXK brings one out IMO.

I've just bought some of the innards for the Bantam also and still trying to get the gold for the BB. I have got a source but he wanted 150$....i'm thinking about it....i guess it's not too bad :D

By the way my nic came through in 4 days and is fine....it was a bit yellow tinged but that was heat in transit I expect. It's in the freezer as I haven't opened it yet to check for odours etc. Great packaging and the bottle came with a viewing slot so that you can tell how much is in there :)
