I've been going over all these symptoms, also some of my own, and I'm wondering if most or nearly all are symptoms of dehydration.
Hangovers are caused by dehydration for one. Water is a big ingredient in every part of the body. Some symptoms of dehydration below:
sensitive teeth-lack of moisture in the mouth
symptoms of a cold-lack of moisture in the sinuses, lungs, etc.
heartburn-lack of protective mucosa made by water in the esophagus
indigestion-lack of water to create enough gastric fluid, etc.
joint aches-lack of fluid for lubrication.
Dehydration also causes electrolyte imbalance: Symptoms can be:
Diahhrea, possible chest pain, headaches, frequent urination, spasms, aches, pains.
I'm sure I've missed some symptoms, if you think of any, ask yourself if it could be related to dehydration or elyte imbalance.
