Near a beach in a desert.
My bad experiences happend when I first started. Dryness of the skin, headaches, dehydration. All gone now. I just changed my mixtures to add more VG and drank more fluids and I am fine as ever. Almost 6 months...just one more week. :)

Oh and I did cough up some pretty nasty stuff the first few weeks. I think that was my lungs clearingout all the garbage that regular cigarettes put in there. That stopped as well.

Almost 7 months & no problems. In fact, the sinus' seem to be a lot better off! I used to have a bad sinus headache every morning, no more. I'm not 'hacking' anything up anymore, chronic smokers cough is gone. I sometimes get cotton mouth, but it is not as bad as when I was smoking. And, I vape more than I smoked(2 packs a day). I walk (way) over a mile a day. 7 months ago, I would have been gasping for breath & feeling like I was dying after a half a mile. All in all, my health seems a lot better than it was 7 months ago & I'm saving $200 a month!
Switching to E-Cigs was the best move I've made in a long time!
I vape a lot of PG/VG mix(2PG to 1VG).

Here and back
Not six months here but interesting things unfolding.

First, I can actually speak on the telephone after waking up, don’t have to wait an hour to clear the (????) from my throat, uggh..

My husband says I don’t snore as much (you and I both know I never did (wink).

My concentration is a little erratic, don’t care so much about the detail of my job or people around me.

I can stealth vape in the oddest places (and have). Behind the backs of clients, ladies rooms, just go around the corner anywhere, what fun!

Falling asleep has become a little tougher as has waking up. Have I turned into a slug?

I smell better, my breath, my cloths, my car, my home, all much better.

Food is on the same level or lower. My weight is fluctuating between normal and lower, not higher.

A few headaches and a bunch or burping (funny).

If I could only get off this site I could foresee a fairly normal life ahead.

I'm just passing the 6 month mark now :thumbs:and haven't noticed any problems. Nasal passages seem a little drier than usual but it may be the dry heat in here. It's been a little colder than usual for this time of year so the heater is running longer and drying things out.

do you use VG or PG?

Almost 7 months for me and I have no side effects that I can tell except for the dry nose thing. I think that IS vaping related. I don't mind it though, it's alot better than waking up with a stuffed up nose like I used to have and my smokers cough is gone forever too.:thumb:

I'd say I'm using 70-80% VG. Only use PG in the purchased premixes. Do all my mixing and cutting with VG. I really think it is the dry heat. Don't remember having this much dry nasal membrane trouble when I started back in the summer. It is at its worse when I first wake up. Think I'll have to get a humidifier for the bedroom. A little Vicks and a Q-tip eases it quite a bit.

You and me girl. New addictions - purchasing e cig equipment (and I do mean EQUIPMENT), lazy, laid back and apparently addicted to ECF. I can take it.

Haha ..I hear ya there!

I famliy is much happier now that I dont smell the house up anymore. I work 12hr rotating shift so falling asleep can be difficult for me. Are the e-cigs cause some of that:confused: ..hard to tell. My doc told me to start taking 5mg of melatonin before bed time. Its just a natural chemical your body make to sleep well. That works for me ..its in the vitamin section at store.
