Syringe or pipette with quick/accurate suction/measurement.

I know they make them for like lab testing but I cannot think of the name of the device. I'm looking for a tool that will make mixing juice quicker, more accurate, and easier. It looks sort of like a turkey baster with a button used in labs. Can anyone point me to the right direction?

I use a 10ml pipette with a pump. You can pull up on the plunger of the pump to fill it, then fine tune it with a wheel on the side. Can't remember the name of the place I got it offhand, but it was "American..." something, I think.
