Lots of juice vendors sell blunt tip syringes, especially the ones that have DIY stuff. Also most places that sell CE-2's will have them in stock. Or buy one at your local pharmacy, for less money and no shipping.

I believe mine is 18 gauge and it's a little bigger than needed. 20 would probably have been better.

EDIT: No real downside really, aside from the fact that most of us only use that method at home, and don't like the idea of driving around with one. If it's a blunt tip, you won't ..... yourself with it, but of course you should still be very careful. It's pretty much a mess free method, as you can measure out an amount ahead of time, but you'll want to clean the syringe after, so it's only faster if you're doing a few at a time with one juice type.

WHAT are you filling? Carts? Stuffing type cartos? reservoir cartos? And what PG/VG is your juice?

Stuffing cartos - I think these need a sharp and you should only put it down against the inside of the carto's metal wall. Do not poke it randomly into the stuffing. There are wires and wicks in there.

Reservoir cartos - CE2/Fluxomizer/Clearomizer want blunt or their own special flexible syringe tip. Joyetech want a sharp.

Thick juices need at least a particular gauge and I do not use thick juices nor know what gauge.

I actually started out using the syrynge method. I fill a about 6 cartomizers every night with different flavors of juice for the next day. I found the syrynge method takes a lot more time (rinsing it out after every flavor change) but it IS a lot cleaner method. I've recently just gone to Condom Fill method and Taryn Spin...much quicker IMHO but I guess I'm getting lazy.

Either way is a good method though...whatever works for you.

Happy Vaping

For me, a blunt 18ga needle works the best. The smaller (20ga) needles make it difficult to load the syringe, especially with thicker juices.

I use the genuine Joye 510 cartos, so a syringe is pretty much a necessity. With Boge style cartos, I use a syringe for the first fill to insure everything is saturated. After that, it's probably better to drip fill. Down the inside along the metal, not in the center where the hole is.

Many vendors that sell juice and hardware also sell syringes and needles. A few I know of off the top of my head are Litecigusa, Madvapes and Freedomsmokeusa.

Depending what state or city you live in, you may or may not be able to buy the needles and syringes at a pharmacy. I know they look at you kinda funny if you even ask at Walgreens here in TX. It's not illegal unless you use them for something illegal, LOL. Well, thats how the law reads.

So, what type cartos are you refilling?
