Ok guys heres the verdict . I filled the syringe up to 5ml and plunged it into a 10ml graduated cylinder . The BD syringe is a perfect 5ml not a drop off . The KYD syringe like i suspected only came to 4.5ml exactly . So the KYD syringe is measuring .5ml short . I repeated the test twice and was dead accurate . Be careful with you chineese syringes made by KYD.They are obviously off .There is no percentage variance printed on them either so i guess its a manufacturing error . I got two KYD syringes and both are .5ml low .
Im not sure where i got the kyd syringes but i have only bought syringes from
ecig vendors so its one of the vendors .Bad thing is i have been using that kyd one specifically for my nic in my diy
juice and now i know all my juices have to be less mg then i intended .
If i use 2ml of nic in my
juice i was really putting in 1.8ml of nic with the difference .If i put 5ml of nic it would be 4.5ml which is a big difference if your using 100mg nic . I wonder if KYD's other size syringes are off as well
Edit: I also have a bunch of monojet syringes that are .5ml low . All my BD syringes in all sizes are 100% accurate . I think i will stick with BD for now on so i dont have to calculate the difference . Yes ,i went checking all my syringes lol .
