That's what I do. Good enough to drug a large animal, good enough for me.

The needles they tend to stock are very sharp and hard to snip or file down, so I have to be careful, but they are cheap, work great and go from 1ml to 25ml or so.

(not all vendors rebottle USP-VG in USP spec cleanrooms).
Okay your first point is valid, but that last bit...again, if that's the case, then it's no longer "USP" (and ought not be sold as such), and should not be used for DIY.

'The Agency’s definition of "manufacturer" includes the original producer as well as re-packagers and/or distributors (21CFR§207.4).'

If they're still selling it as "USP" after repackaging in a non-USP environment, they're gonna have some 'splaining to do.

You're right, but many just believe if they buy a 55 gallun drum of VG and rebottle it, then they label the rebottling USP VG also, as the original product is USP and a iso-7 or 8 cleanroom is pretty expensive to aquire. Some vendors, like e.g. nicvape, states "Rebottled from USP glycerin" or alike on there labels, which is the proper way. Other's I have mailed with(EU) state they rebottle in very clean environment, though as it's not cleanroom iso-7 or 8 can't remember, then not valid.

The USP spec also states to label the product with monograph name and preceding with USP. How many VG's e.g. are labeled "Glycerin, USP" specifically as front name on label... Many are, but even more aren't...

Anyway, sorry for drifting off-topic here... :)

Let me see if I have this right......

So I buy a gallon bottle of USP grade VG and once opened in my kitchen and rebottled into a smaller dispensing bottle, it can no longer be considered USP grade and should not be used for DIY? Or are we just discussing a technicality that has little value to we DIYers?

Don't want to unnecessarily scare off those new or looking into DIY.

Well I mean, presumably you are comfortable enough with the cleanliness of your own kitchen and ideally you are correct to feel that way, but technically, having been open in an uncontrolled environment like that, no, it no longer meets USP spec and I certainly wouldn't want to buy it from you as such and use it in my own DIY.

I think we are talking technicality here. Think of it this way open a sterile bandage and once opened it's technically no longer sterile.

Same with USP. It's produced and bottled under strict USP guidelines but once opened by the consumer it can no longer be considered or resold by that consumer as USP.

In both cases it's still perfectly safe and OK for that consumer to use it.

The question is if an ejuice vendor buys USP PG/VG in 55 gallon drums and re-bottles them in 1 liter bottles for retail sale. Is it ethical for that vendor to label those 1 liter bottles USP?

1. The vendor opened the sealed drum
2. The vendor exposed the content to (Maybe) a non sterile enviorenment.
3. It's unknown the vendors cleanliness routines.

Lots of gray area there.

...Btw, I just mailed ED to ask if they rebottle there imported glycerin using a ISO 7 or 8 cleanroom. They don't use the proper USP labeling in regards to main label, hence my question. I'll reply back with the answer if it comes(they state 1 business-day).

Edit: Note the above is purely for my curiousness, and not to imply that ED shouldn't be used. No matter if they use a ISO 7 or 8 cleanroom, then i'm sure they are dispensing under sanitary conditions nonetheless, and I would use them regardless(if the shipping wasen't 200 bucks for a gallon, lol + import custom charges/fees)... Just semantics here... :)
