Tablet stuck on desktop layout

I've hit a button I guess somewhere and can no longer view the tablet/mobile friendly version of this site. Looked through my site settings and saw nothing that would allow me to change it back. What have I done wrong?

Scroll all the way to the bottom of the forum. On the left, you'll see the option to change the forum themes. You'll find the mobile themes there.
