Looks like you're all set! The only additional item you may want is a glass tank to replace the acrylic tank. Something like this : $3.28 DIY Tank for Taifun GT-T V2 RTA Atomizer - stainless steel + glass at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping Sometimes the plastic tanks crack if you use certain juices. When I first started, seems every flavor I liked was a tank-cracker (cinnamon, citrus, anais). With a glass tank you don't have to worry.

I hear ya on tank cracker juices, I DIY my own juice IE. Unflavored EXC Nic @ 10mg/ml w/2% FA Flash in a 50/50 - 65/35 PG/VG viscosity solution. I hang out over on the DIY threads also so have been making my own juice for several months now. No Tank Crackers for me. Thanks though, but I'll be running my Unflavored thru this New shorty setup, and any flavored I might use will be in this TGT-2-S with the Glass liner.

Is this what you run with pete ?? Just wondering cause the folks over on FT do'in the reviews for this seemed a bit confused about if this tank would come apart with just the o-rings holding it together.

No, I haven't tried that one myself. Now that I look at the pics, I believe the FT forum guys are right; only the o-rings are holding the tank together.

I'm wondering if someone can point me in the right direction.. I have two (different) Taifun GT clones.

Both have an "issue" with dripping juice out of the air flow holes periodically (I have to blow it out 3-4 time per tank). I've tried more wick, less wick, coil legs up, coil legs down, replaced the o-rings, etc...

I don't think there is any excessive flooding into the chamber -- at least not enough to overflow the top of the airflow hole. What's in the first pic below is after about 3/4 tank and what I believe comes from "coil splatter" as per the little black coil gunk bits sprayed all over the inside of the chamber (it's time to clean this one, I know..).

Any ideas or is this just the nature of the beast? I'm almost convinced that this is the result of the coil splatter getting sent down the airlfow plus leftover vapor condensing in the base.

Your coil/wick looks very anemic.

Increase your coil size to a minimum of 2.5mm, 3mm is better, but 2.5 works alright. The larger coil allows for enough wick material, instead of running your tails through the slots fold them in and under so the tails contact the deck, use the shoulders to dam up the wick slots.

Simple, quick, easy wicking, no leaks, keeps up even at higher wattage with full saturation. My current build is Parallel 26g .5 ohms running it @ 30 watts. As an added bonus this wicking method will scavenge off the deck and keep it dry as well. I've never had any leaking using this method.

You sure are a TrollDragon, you're everywhere but say little, how you do'in today ?
I am everywhere, just clicking the Like button!

I am great today, just waiting for a GT II Air to show up at FT, FC or 3F and I'll be a happy boy!
Until then, I did a trade for a Vapesoon Kronos and have been enjoying it quite a bit. Might just be the FeV V3 killer, but time will tell as the novelty/honeymoon isn't over yet. ;)

How's the draw on it, compared to the Taifun ? The Hurricane is too airy for my liking.
The only Taifuns I have are the GS & GS II, it has more air than either of those but you can dial it down quite a bit. The air on the Kronos comes in from the side like a dripper and not the bottom.

I have never used a Hurricane, always pondered one on FT, but never ordered one.

Thats the same as I do, except that Ive been doing my coils at 2.4mm because thats what I do for all my other atties, (habit, I guess)

Do you have a TGS 2, (23mm) ? If you do, what size coil would you suggest? I use 80VG so its pretty thick and I have the mesh wicks to feed the wicks.

Ive been using the GSL and slimmer GS2 since they came out. The GS wicks perfectly, but my larger GSL seems to sometimes seem like its almost gurgling or almost slightly dry. ITs perfect most of the time.

Thanks CC

Yes it is a great flavor RTA, I have mine on the iPV D2 and just waiting to get some SS430 to try out in it. Do you put your coil on the side or on top like the FeV?

I put it on the side and the wicking is like a donut. I don't use TC. I use 1 ohm coils and vape around 17watts.
