Remember when we knew people's phone numbers?

Remember when you knew your own phone number.

Made me think of this skit. Hilarious, but this isn't the whole "bit", this dude is funny especially if your age doesn't start with a 1 or a 2. ;)

Hey now, I still have a 2 (albeit not for much longer) and I thought that was hilarious ;)

But, vapers know their phone numbers. We also know our credit card numbers for the same reason. Ordering online.

That was so true for the longest time until I started using fingerprint auto fill macros. Great tool for F5 wars. I no longer remember my CC #s like I used to.

Hey, y'all! Just got a Taifun clone from FT a week ago, along with an 18350 Caravela mod. I've been rebuilding Kanger BCC's for a year, and more recently eleaf GS Airs, but never tried anything that was actually intended to be rebuilt.
#1. SKU 1699507 - Replacement PC Colored Nano tank for Taifun GT
$2.04 Replacement PC Colored Nano Tank for Taifun GT - translucent / w/ acrylic top cap at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
#2. SKU 2234303 - Replacement Base + Chimney for Taifun GT-T V2
$7.45 Replacement Base + Chimney for Taifun GT-T V2 - stainless steel / maze pattern at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
#3. SKU 1540702 - Caravela Style Mechanical Mod
$5.40 Caravela Style Mechanical Mod - 18350 tube at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
I put a 1.5ohm coil in it and a cotton wick. The little screw post terminals were more difficult than the "poke it through and bend it over" type coils I'm used to, but no big deal. The vape is fantastic, no leaks, no problems whatsoever. I don't know if it was beginner's luck or I just staggered smartly. I ordered another base and chimney and a a full size glass and metal tank:
#1. SKU 2124800 - Replacement Stainless Steel + Glass Tank for Taifun GT-T V2
$7.96 Replacement Stainless Steel + Glass Tank for Taifun GT-T V2 - hexagon hollow out / silver at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
I probably should have ordered two of the tanks, I don't know how long the acrylic tank threads will hold up. I am very impressed with the quality of the base and chimney, the tank is just a cheap plastic tank.

Good luck with the stainless and glass tank--never could get mine to not leak. I think the glass was too short.
these are great $2.06 Replacement Acrylic Tank for Taifun GT-T V2 RTA - translucent at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Hmmm, bummer. But it looks so cool!
The acrylic tank you recommend was what I was going to get in the first place, then I decided to give the nano a try. No complaints so far other than it holds less juice than I expected with the base and chimney taking so much of the space. I suppose I could drill the cap and put a little machine screw in it for a top fill.
How is the longevity of the threads on the plastic tanks?

My Nano tank is still going strong but I hate that it does not hold much. The chimney inside the tank broke early on and I replaced it with this $3.41 Replacement Nano Top Cap for Taifun GT Atomizer - stainless steel at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
As for the threads on the acrylic one they are very good. I have four and just ordered 4 more

So should I wait for GTS2 or get a GT2? I have been using K4 and Callix since day one. What will be different with GTS?

MTEK- How would you compare K4 to GT2?

Just got a GT2 yesterday, with the update chamber and a few accessories. I have been using a very similar style tank of the GT2 for the last 6 weeks daily though, so was like second nature adapting to it.

As you know, the K4 was my work horse for months, running it stock. My opinion, the GT2 is slightly better taste, and better airflow. I have only run this wide open (my preference) so not sure about the draw closing off the air holes, or inserting the air hole spacer in the deck. The wicking and build is very diff, but just as easy. Getting to the deck, or refilling is just as easy as well, actually fewer steps. I think this style of wicking and engineering will be copied more and more, it's that good. The Kayfun V4 stole all the thunder when this tank was launched, people were really into those...and for good reason they are excellent. I'll keep the V4, but I don't see myself using it anymore.

Good to hear. Easy builds and access to deck is really important for me. That's why I never got a Squape even though I am kindnof a flavour chaser.

I think I will give this a try. The question is, should I wait dor GTS2? Where did you get your authentic?

I went with smokerstore.de, basically the manuf. I would advise Intaste if you don't want the updated chamber, they were out of stock when I ordered is why I didn't go with them. Smokestore shipping was like two weeks. Vapinart has them, and a good selection of accessories too, but more costly.

Just speculation, I think the GTS2 will be a bit more flavor focused if you can wait for reviews.

What is this "GTS2" you two are referring to?

Only new atty coming from smokerstore in the near future is the Taifun GS2, which is a 19mm atty, and replacement for the Taifun GS which was something like 14mm at the base and 17mm at the top/tank

If you find his special, especially that one, it's hilarious...he talks about the differences between then and now. And for a guy like me with a 4, it made me LMAO.

Yeah I meant GS2 :) Is there a speculated release date for that? Or let me ask you, can you compare GS1 with GT2?
Smokerstore has only said "coming June" with regards to a release date

Hard to compare the two yet, no one has even seen the inside if the GS2, so no idea what changes there are other than the external
