All 4 of my TGT 2 clones are coiled with Ni200, I have a TGT S on my Eye that has Nichrome. I was somewhat of a slow TP adopter but that's pretty much all I use now.
I can't imagine installing a coil in a TGT with holes in the posts, not easily anyway. An authentic as well as some of the better clones have larger screw heads with better fitting posts/sleeves. The screws go the whole length of the posts and then some.
Leaking out the 510? It would be leaking out the air hole if it didn't leak there first. There's a small o-ring under the 510 screw's head, it needs to be compressed a bit. But then if it leaks it will be out the air intake hole.
Gee I better add that only the TGT 1 has the o-ring on the 510. I have added them to my TGT 2's with slight modification to the 510's insulator. Also there are some TGT 1 clones without the 510 o-ring.

Hey craig, exactly which Nichrome do you use on that TGT-S, as I have found that there are several to choose from ??

The material in the post that you are quoting is Ni200, pure Nickle, a non resister wire used for a temperature controled mod. But back when I did use Nichrome it was Nichrome 80.

I also have noticed that. I have been checking them out ever since I started reading this thread (maybe for the last month), and they seem to have gone on to selling the regular vaping equipment like many other sites do and very little Taifun paraphernalia. Is this the END of Authentic Taifun's ?? I hope NOT !!

I looked at it, it's got a new layout so your probably correct that they are updating the web page.

But, But, Why wouldn't they keep on making and selling the Taifun while remodeling their site, I mean, I have to believe that there is STILL a waiting list for even the TGT-1, let alone the TGT-2 and variants. Doesn't make sense to me. Unless I'm missing something, or it's a "One Man Show" over there. I liked my Magma Clone enough that I went ahead and purchased an Authentic also (V-1 not the V-2) so that I could show support to the originator for creating a product that really appeals to me, and I can assure you ALL that I like my TGT-V2-S and TGT-T V2 as Much, if not more, than that.

I've signed up for notifications quite a few times on things which were out of stock, they've always seemed to restock most of it, though unless you were watching it would be tough to tell. They've definitely updated the site since my last visit, maybe that is a good sign? Still a few things I'd like to get from them.

Does anyone know of a different metal sleeve that has more cutouts for the GT-V2-S ?? The V2-S comes with a (4) cutout outer metal sleeve that goes over the glass and I was looking for something a bit more open so that I could see my juice better.

There are a number of tanks available for TGT2. They should fit but whether they will I don't know.

All TGT 1 and 2 pieces/sections "should" interchange. Except for the removable deck the Hotcig S is very much 1:1 with the authentic.

While you're here, I was wondering if you knew what the "T" and "S" designations mean on those GT-"T" V2 and GT-V2-"S".
