Taifun gt problems

I recently rebuilt my taifun gt for the first time. I made a mistake and took both the screws out at the same time removing the old cool. After tightening down the new coil, I fired it and I got shocked! I took it back apart and put it on the ohm meter and noticed if I tighten the long screw down too tight the ohms go way up ( like 2-3 ohms) if I just snug it up it reads correctly (1.1ohms) and I don't get shocked. Any suggestions what it might be? I can't really see how to take it all the way apart to see if I screwed something up. Really need some direction because this is my every day vape. HELP!

I have a taifun and I'm trying to understand what your saying. Your getting shocked from the positive screw? How exactly are you attaching your leads to the screws? Sounds like it might be your build that's causing the shock. I've myself never experienced a shock from building on my taifun, however my husband did a build and he got shocked too. That tells me it must be something in the build that's causing it. What exactly are you doing with your leads? When you trim off the excess are you leaving any leg to the wire? Is the coil itself too close to the positive screw? Is your leads touching the deck anywhere? Just trying to figure out what might be causing the shock.
