Taking a moment to recognize AWESOME customer service...

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize some fantastic customer service from a local vape shop - Vaperz, Inc. in Annandale, VA. EVERYONE I've encountered in there - both staff and customers (and even the occasional vendor) have been nothing short of amazing. I try and patronize local businesses as much as possible (with 3 kids, I don't really have an issue with my tax money going to good schools and better roads) and I'm glad I came across this one. Alex, the honcho there, is about as cool as they come, and his #2 Chris was fantastic when it came to helping me figure out why my coil rebuilds were having issues. If you're even remotely close to Northern Virginia, stop by and check these folks out, they're pretty damn cool in my book.

Robino and MissKitty - Thanks fr the feedback! I figure that as a community, the more information we share about who and what is great, good, and bad, the better the experience for everyone.

Just to give an idea, one of the CUSTOMERS there heard me say that I REALLY liked the 5 Pawns Kismet, and GAVE me a 30ml of the Steam Factory Kizmet which he didn't like. Now THAT'S cool.

The more people I meet in this community, the more I'm glad I quit analogs...

Hi everyone,
I'm a type of person that will say something nice before I bring up something negative. So to see that there are people out there that like to share good news instead of being the typical haters is AWESOME! That brings me to the reason that I was looking at this thread. I recently found a vender "ITC vapor" that I felt that I needed to tell the world about. Ok, here we go, I contacted ITC about an issue I was having with an MVP v2 that I just purchased off of eBay. The person that I bought the until from wouldn't respond to email or phone message so I was looking else where for help. Luke at ITC responded to my email within an hour and the first words I read were "how can I help". Long story short the unit I bought was DOA. But the story doesn't end there. After a few back a forth emails I thanked him for his help and I thought that I was pretty much out of biz until I could same some money to buy a new battery. That's when Luke asked me if I needed a battery to get me through until I could save some funds. Now I remind you, I've never meet the dude nor bought anything from ITC and he just offered me a battery, that blew me away. Needless to say I've found my home and that's will ITC. Luke will make you feel like family and if you have any concerns or questions the dude won't sleep unit you have your answer and are happy. AWESOME COMPANY! Go check them out.

The vaping community is a helpful community in general. Granted, you will find some that are.....shall we just say.....not nice. Overall we like to keep people vaping instead of going back to smoking.

I'm loving the good vibes! Sometimes we only hear the negative, so my heart is soaring! My local shop will even replace gear ruined by bad juice, etc. Then give them a free bottle of his gourmet line. He even has an 88 year young lady with such bad arthritis that he changes out her toppers. Yay for the good guys!!
