Taking juices on holiday

What's your experience of packing e juices into your suitcase before boarding an aeroplane?

Do they limit you on the amount you can take with you or restrict it?

Also have you vaped on a plane before or was allowed to carry it as hand luggage?

I've seen lots of posts about how it is easy to take vape gear on planes, but I didn't pay much attention because I so seldom travel. I bet someone will see your post and respond soon. It seems most of the agents at airports are very familiar with e cigarettes these days.

You need to put bottles/liquid in the plastic bag in your hand luggage that you show to TSA. You are not allowed to vape on a plane or in most airports unless there's a smoking lounge - but ymmv. I've had no problems traveling with my gear in hand luggage!

I'm in the US, if there's more specifics for the UK hopefully some of the locals will chime in. It might be helpful to know where you're going as well (assuming you want to bring it back!)

You can pack pretty much any amount of e-liquid in checked baggage.

The airlines request that any batteries be in carry-on baggage. In the US, your carry-on liquids also need to go in the 1-quart baggie. But apart from that, you can carry any vaping gear in your carry-on.

Vaping in-flight is prohibited by all US airlines AFAIK. I either vape in the bathroom, or sometimes just put a drop of e-liquid on my wrist or even under my tongue. (Kind of like a patch/gum substitute). Be careful with the under-the tongue thing, it can taste pretty harsh!!!
