Taking the right inhale

Hey y'all

so I'm still fairly new to this whole vaping and have been watching the YouTube videos and I noticed that the guys on there blow out the vapor almost as soon as they release the button. However I tend to take a real deep inhale and then blow it out. Am I missing out doing it wrong or are you supposed to do it like you see on the video it just seems like they don't get a very good inhale and nicotine absorption. I guess I'm still vaping like I would regular analog cigarette. How does everyone vape??

On those videos they are pulling the vapor directly into their lungs, not like you would a cigarette. With an analog you would pull it into your mouth and then inhale. So they're actually getting a deeper lung hit, but with less throat hit. It's the only way to produce 'clouds' which are purely aesthetic.

I vape like I smoked, draw into the mouth, then inhale.

I advise new vapers to imagine that they are sucking on a straw in a thick milkshake. Use your cheek muscles and draw in a mouthful of vapor. Hold it for a second. Then inhale into the lungs. Exhale through both the mouth and nose.

The nicotine in vapor is absorbed in the mouth, throat, and nasal passage ways; very little absorbed in the lungs. The molecules of vapor is larger than smoke, so the nicotine molecules never makes their way into the alveoli of the lungs.

This is true and is why I am now trying to train myself to not inhale at all. I am trying to just draw into my mouth, hold, then release.
