I think so far they just come in one size.

Here's how to fill without using a syringe:

* take an unused cart and, using your fingernails, pry off the end cap from the side that's opposite the mouth end
* fill with drops of juice and pop the end cap back on
* screw the atomizer onto your batt
* force the cart into the atomizer until you hear a pop to indicate that the end cap was pierced
* to refill you'll need to take the end cap off every time and drip into it that way

Here's how to fill it with a syringe:

* put the atomizer onto the battery
* take one empty cart and push it into the atomizer until it makes a pop sound (so you know it got punctured inside)
* take the cart back off and there will be a hole where the atomizer punctured it
* fill through that hole using a syringe

IMO, it's easier to fill using either a blunt syringe or a pipette.

Just received 510 clear tank carts from Gotvapes and put one through all kinds of duress for 2-1/2 hours. Heres my opinions:
They only hold .9ml of juice.
Theres a bridge inside the cart that keeps the filler from sinking into the liquid but also keeps the filler in full contact with the atty. This clear plastic bridge is not glued to the tank interior and became dislodged when I tried to push my syringe through the filler to fill the tank. Best way is to pull out the filler and drip-fill the cart.
The filler material is quite dense but I could not manage to flood the atty.
After 2-1/2 hours of moderate vaping the tank still had a quarter charge.
Vapor produced was consistent, the atty seemed to wick optimally for hours.
Almost ruined one atty by twisting the mouthpiece so it would align with the switch on the battery. I like pressing the switch with my thumb. The cart needs properly aligned the atty. The interior width of the cart one way is slightly less than the normal 510 cart. The atty bridge got jammed inside the cart when I twisted it and almost pulled the heater out of the atty. I just pushed the heater back down all the way and it still works.

Here's the good part:
No fluid in my mouth.
No leaking.
No flooding.
No topping off every 3 minutes.
Taste is clean, no burning.
Will not flood unless you drip too much into the filler.
Has a sight glass.

Makes my Joye 510 with a Mega 510 battery measure 5-3/4 inches long.

Best thing since pop tops on beer cans.

I'm not even sure what model the OP has. Besides Ego tank atomizer and Ego tanks...

There are tiny tank-like carts called SmartCarts for the standard 510 atomizer and you fill them with a syringe. And there are standard carts for the standard 510 atomizer and you drip juice into the stuffing with a the juice bottle. And there are cartomizers aka cartos which screw onto the battery - soft cap ones are filled by popping the soft cap and dripping juice in. Hard/glued on cap ones may need carto condom method of pushing in juice. Reservoir cartos need a syringe because the inner seals are hard to get back in if you remove them.

I do not understand what you are asking about.

I'm waiting on a tank system with 2.5 ml tanks and 1100 mAh bats . The carts look huge.

The picture and the text don't seem to match. The cone in the picture looks like the stubby Riva cone rather than the more elongated ego-t cone, and the tank seems to be sticking out much farther than an extra 1.3mL on an existing tank cart would cause. Thus the picture really looks to me like a Riva with a standard 510 atty and a jumbo smartcart-like cart rather than an ego-t.

But then the description mentions ego-t multiple times and even goes out of its way to mention that there's no filler material at all (which can't be said about smartcarts), so either the picture is wrong, the text is wrong, or these bigger ego-t tanks require a new atomizer.

Is there a standard ml. tank cart. My kit is coming 2marro, it comes with 5 empty carts, holding 1.1 ml, do they make bigger ones any advice for methods of fillin them w/out a syrnge,,{I prob murdered the spelling of that on lol}:p

Instead of taking tanks lid off or using a syringe I just press my a juice bottle into an already pierced tank and squeeze the juice in. If juice is too thick it wont work, but in that case it needs thinned anyway. Juice bottle tip's do sometimes require a poke with a paper clip to squirt right.

i read about this elsewhere--a bigger badder tank but i did not see the claim that it was drip friendly from the top.

"The eGo-T is the first e-cigarette to apply the new tank system for dripping e-liquid directly into its 2.5ml tank cartridge without the use of tissue inside the tank. This revolutionary new e-cigarette makes dripping easier and less frustrating for consumers." the pix are a mess though with obviously different models including the already released in USA ego Tank.

after 2 1/2 weeks on th curent tank i have decided to set it aside and wait for technical improvements and QC. I 'm going back to a mix of "traditional" 510 threaded ego atomizers for dripping, some of the newish to me but been aroundfor a while filler based ego cartomizers (been using one since yesterday and at 4.00 in dollars per day performance it's quickly on its way to surpassing the life i got out of my weakest 11.00 tank atomizer plus tank 1.00 (1 week) and the vape is actually very similar a little cool and weak on the flavor but lots of vapor and simple to use. i haven't had any nasty filler melt or other bad stuff happen yet but of course it's only 2 days old. the big pain though is the two piece removal and syringe refill procedure. I'm wondering can one simply drip into the battery hole end and get some juice into the filler that way. i also ordered the smartcarts and the fluxomizers. i'm going to do a side by side comparison next week (although i won't have the scientif purity of putting exactly the same juice in each cart i am going to stick to the same base (80/20 at 24) and see how much each one leaks, spits juice in my mouth fizzles, clogs, gets stinky burnt etc.

the cartomizer i've been using says it's 2.5 but it really seems to hold more like 1.8-2. and when refilled after vapor starts dropping it actually only holds 1 or 1.25 so its still in the same league as a working tank.
