I want to try tanks but I have a variable voltage PV and low resistance cartomizers are not ideal. Hope you will carry 2.5 or 3.0 ohm cartos in the future.

No matter what, you will be limited with most VV mods to whatever amperage the switch is programmed to. Provari and LavaTube, for example, are 2.5amps. So regardless of the resistance of a dual coil carto, the VV at 2.5 amps will likely not be enough. You need an unregulated mod (various battery combos can yield 3.7-4.2, 5, 6-6.4, 7.2-8.4 volts, etc) to get the most out of those or a regulated 5, 6, or higher volt mod. For example, for most people, 2.5a x 1.6o = 4 volts plus or minus .2 volts is not usually enough. Same with 2 or 2.5 ohm DC cartos, limit would be 5 Volts and 6.25 Volts which may not be enough. Most makers of VV with limiting switch mods do not recommend the DC cartos for this reason. VV are much better with single coil cartos in the range of 2.8-3.2 ohms. Smoketech now sells those in a size that will fit their tanks.

Also i forgot to add that cabin can also sell cartomiser puncher. this is to allow users to dot the cartomiser themselves. either that or cabin will have to sell pre-dotted cartomiser replacement.
I use dotted instead of punch cuz the cabin website says dotted and i dun wanna confuse sunshine regarding that.

I have used my current 3.5ml DCT 1.5 omh on my Provari.
Result?... It's like a BMW 7 Series... Drinking e-Liquid.
I need a 6ml tank and the cartomizers.
You can't just sell a set of the SmokTech DCT and expect it to last a lifetime right?

Yes, those will work. I have some cartos that are 45mm long and they are about two mm taller than the carto tank. Those cartos won't be flush with the top cap, but they will still be long enough to be inside the top cap of the tank.

The Smoktech single coils they are selling are the same length as their dual and triple coil cartos, but these boges are only 45mm INCLUDING THREADS, WHEREAS THE SMOKETECHS ARE 50-51MM, including threads. Even though it says 45mm, they still haven't corrected it, they're 50-51mm, plenty long enough for the large tanks. And yes I have received both types this week.

No can do as the diameter of a CE2 cannot fit through into the cap.
Put it to easier terms, CE2 tube is slightly thicker than a normal cartomizer.
removing the ce2 tube is that possible? i would want to believe that if its thicker it might be more leak-proof. haha

If removing the CE2 tube than you will need to look for another type of tank. As of now HC only have tanks for cartomizers(DCT). Not meant for CE2s
