Sorry peeps... haven't been well since a couple of weeks back. Just got out of the hospital yesterday. anyways enough of my ranting...

@abechik I've used them earlier this year. It's actually very easy to make with local supply. Easiest is to make do with a syringe. You need 2 of them for the top and bottom rubber. Normally I used a 10ml syringe. But a 20ml ones can be use as well. 2 syringe is for the 2 rubber tip from the plunger. Just punch a hole on each of the plunger, cut the syringe tube to size put it all together and walla! A homemade DIY tank mod! easy peazy... There's a guide in the mod section I think. It's been awhile since I last check that thread. Can't remember. But good luck!

Anything just let me know. Hope that helps

yes... the tank mode seems easy to make... the problem is getting the right part...

i'm afraid rubber will give a rubbery taste as per what i've read so far... just wondering is there any special 'rubber' or polymer which make a nice fit without further modification , and didn't give any funny taste ..

need to pay a visit to ace hardware when got time la...

thx

Not a problem abechik. Try the clear tubings from Ace... they came in different sizes. I've also used them for my tanks and it works fine... Any ace hardware have these tubes I think since i already went to 3 different branches... but these tubes are not hard enough to be use as the tube but can be use as the fitting instead. I tried to find polycarbonate tubing here locally but I give up after a few month looking with no luck. As for acrylic... Only leads I got is adds/banner manufacturer but never actually tried contacting any of them. All the acrylic supplier I know only have sheets of them.

You are better off with the syringes. Acrylic is absolutely terrible when it comes into contact with many juices. I have had acrylic drip tips crack when using them. The rubber taste of the syringe can be eliminated by soaking them a while in dishwashing solution and rinsing them off.

Polycarbonate is better as far as chemical resistance is concerned, but it is far from ideal and ECF has reported many failures with various tanks with some juices, especially those containing malic acid, apple, cinnamon. If you do find PC tubing, make sure that you smooth the cuts with fine sandpaper. Many of problems are related to an effect known as notching, which can be just a cut or rough edge.

Pyrex would be best. It is resistant to anything you are likely to vape and has good mechanical properties, but it is very difficult to cut (actually glass is scored and broken with a diamond wheel tube cutter-not something that you are likely to find at a hardware store).

There is reportedly one supplier preparing to introduce the Pyrex in the US but I have not seen any up for sale.

no la Alvin... raceengine is more 'hardcore' modder... anyway back to topic... many people used the tank mod together with dual coil... you should be selling the mod parts too ... and i'll be your first customer ... :)
