ok i got the Slotted 510 Cartomizer for the vape-O-Matic Liquinator REGULAR resistance because they recommend not using the low resistance cartos also

careful you don't cut up your O rings with the slotted carto.... it's inevitable IMO

They have a instructional video posted on youtube, not sure what they recommend, but, I'd recommend sliding the carto from the top down. (you'll only chew up the top of the tanks' O ring, which isn't as important unless you carry your PV upside down for some reason)
**they come fully assembled, so, you won't need to worry about it until you need to change out the carto**

Yeah, it's the ARRY, sorry for the typo. So, to set this up. I need to get cartomizers (HV, right? Since I'm using the VV provari?) and then just the tank itself?
agree.. imo Provari works best with SR (standard resist.) 2.3 to 3.1 Ohms attys/cartos. You have the most range in that resistance.
For HV don't go higher than 3.5 Ohms... imo again ymmv, but anything over 3.5 requires 5v and up to 6 even 7volts (not reachabel w/Vari). I like the coolness of a vape w/ SR in the 4.0 range; plenty of taste, and vapor too.
I don't knock HV because i don't have a lot of experience with them; every time i try a 3.5 or higher, i take it off because the vape seems warmer and like i said, i am experienced with less resist. and like a cooler vape.

Btw, if you go with LR, go with 1.7 Ohm and up ( to 2.0)... they work nice at low voltages on Vari

Cool, thanks for this feedback. I order 4x HR attys with my provari. I guess this was a bad purchase since I don't like the hot smoke! Good thing I have a few SR that I use with my Ego. I got a LR atty for the Ego and it burnt my throat for three days.

I have played around with tanks, attys, cartos,ce2 and everything under the sun. I have a hard time sticking with any of it because I always go back to my provari+iAtty. It's the most clean fresh tasting vape I have gotten in my 3 years of Vapeing. With the provari being 200 and the iatty was around 100 it was a pretty pricey investment but since the iatty is rebuild able I only spend about $1.17 every time I change it out (Mabye less). Unfortunately the iatty won't be for sale anymore....but the iatty 2 will be out shortly(look it up in ecf) it's going to be 10 times better than the first and that scares me. It's like looking at the doors of Vapeing heaven.

uh oh how do i avoid cutting my o rings with the slotted cartos? any tips? i better go order some back up o rings huh?

post #23 is a little tip I added...

ANOTHER TIP: use punched cartos instead of the slotted

I'm making it sound worse than it is... but, if your order hasn't shipped-I'd probably add the orings.

well unless you exchange them for SR, you could find out why some love HR... if they are 3.5, 3.6 it still leaves a lot of range: 4.0 to 5.3v or so. Once you get up in 4.+ Ohms, you have to go high v like 5.+ and up.... again some folks love that.
There is a range chart on Provape Provari page that shows how much range you can expect from the different resistances.

whats is this "slot" / "punched" lingo for the cartos? I assume punched means it has a hole on the side?

#100th post (it really doesn't matter, I know)

slotted= cutting it with a rotary tool(Dremel) cutting wheel... leaves sharp edges(for me at least), is a pain to do(IMO)

punched= hammer and nail, large sewing needle, "saddle valve" thingy, or a vendor or two sells a tool that makes it easy. I use the $7 saddle valve thing from Home Depot..

No syringe needed
There are youtube videos from Vaporescense and other vendor that show you how to refill the tanks, I'd suggest watching them.
