OK, just humor me... ;)

Let's say that all things are equal for a second. In tankomizers I've been looking at, they use a 510 cartomizer to do the vaping. The tank is just for extra capacity basically, right.

OK, so let's assume that you are using the same battery for both. Wouldn't a cartomizer produce the same amount of vapor as a tankomizer in this instance? The only difference is juice capacity. again, assume the resistance and voltage are the same between the battery and carto.

Am I missing something or is that correct?

Being relatively new and never using a carto that hadn't been in a tank, I would think this.

Yes. They are the same device so they should perform about the same except for 2 things I can think of.

Consistency. Because the tankomizer is immersed in juice I would expect its vapor production to be more consistent than a carto that is slowly using up the juice in it. That could be offset by frequently refilling the carto.

Draw. Tankomizer cartos are punched or slotted. Those holes in the shaft may affect air draw and fluid flow. Not sure if those result in more or less vapor. But it must have some effect.
