hiya, guys.
up til now, i thot i was strictly a mtl person.
i hate high watt low ohm tanks.
but i found a very pleasant alternative.
i can enjoy dtl, using a .6 coil at 18 watts.i only have a voopoo tank that takes .6 coils, but i need more tanks.
does anyone know of a sub ohm tank that accepts .6 coils?
thanks for reading,

Hi Sue,
Which voopoo tank are you using?
Are you ISO a new tank that takes the same voopoo coils?

Cheers

thanks, greek.
i'll get one.

izan, i'd like something other than the uforce t2 tank.
the mod it came with is defective n the hawaian seller won't help me because i don't have tech skills.
since voopoo sold me a defective item i prefer to do no more business with them.
I have a sense v-jet tank that came with a .6 coil, not for me but you might like it.

thanks bubb.
i found that kit for $40 so it's in my cart, but i'm not finding coils in .6.
if i find the coils, i'll get this.
i think it would work for me.
this may be getting discontinued.
One of the biggest problems with coil cartridge tanks IMHO is that the cartridges are usually not interchangeable and are subject to cloning and discontinuation. It is important, especially for an atty that is about to be discontinued, that you make sure there is a source of coils for it that actually fit it.

thanks, bomb.
if i find the tank works, i'll buy
enow coils to keep it running.
i guess making coils is the smart thing to do, but that;s too hard for me.
I’ve never quite gotten that bit. Sure exotic coils are complicated and can be difficult. But they’re generally not that useful to begin with. Wrapping a single coil is literally like wrapping a string around your finger, just smaller. Admittedly there are various physical limitations a person might have such as arthritis or a palsy (been dealing with the last recently, it’s super annoying) that make such things difficult, but barring that, the only thing there is FUD. Wrapping a single wire coil is as easy as unwrapping and inserting a coil cartridge.

oh, i could wrap a wire around a drill bit fine.
the question is, could i do it right?
the whole idea bothers me. anyway, i now have hundreds invested in these systems.

there is too much i don't know.
heck, i got all these spare O rings, but have no idea when to use them.
Heh. The o ring thing usually requires a YouTube video on that particular atty. I’ve got a solomon2 with worn out rings and the replacement kit for em but I can’t even figure out how to get the old prints out! Thing is still in pieces on my vaping table.

As for the wrapping thing, it doesn’t have to look perfect. The only thing that causes issues is if you cross wrap it, and that’s pretty easy not to do. Think of it this way: the worst you can possibly do is screw it up and have to do it over in which case you’re out half a penny worth of wire. You could mess it up a hundred times for less than the cost of a single coil cartridge, many of which are bad right out of the box anyway.

If you have leakage this probably is a sign an O ring or more need replacement
