Hey guys, I just bought a new ego c twist battery, and now I'm looking for a good tank to use. I'm torn between the aspire K1 and the kanger protank mini 3. The price is nearly identical I just don't know which has better flavor, vapor production, is easier to clean, etc. Any suggestions?

I have tried the K-1. I liked it. I can't say anything about the Kanger, as I have not tried it. The Aspire ET-S is also good. The K-1 is especially good if you are using them to have flavor changes, or to test new flavors. I am in to rebuildables now though.
I wish my comments were more helpful, BUT:
I tried the original mini-protanks, and thought that the metal uptube and mouthpiece just cooled off the vapor too much, and I really didn't like the taste and feel of the stainless mouthpieces (are these replaceable on either the PT3 or the K1?)
Although it might sound bizarre, I really prefer the all-plastic tanks like the GS-H2, or the Vivi tanks (NOT the Vivi novas!). I think they give better flavor, a more comfortable mouth-feel, and a warmer vape.
Sorry to not answer your question directly, but perhaps the bump will attract someone who's used both of the tanks you're looking at, and who could give you a more relevant answer!

They are pretty much equivalent;
both are ego sized, ego threaded, glass; I know they kanger can knock down completely for cleaning, and my guess is the k-1 can also.

However, the tanks themselves are plastic on the outside, but have a glass insert, so the plastic doesn't come in contact with the juice. The threads, however, ARE in the plastic part, so you need to screw it back together with reasonable care. Vapor, taste, and experience, I would rate them much higher than the V1 mini-protanks.
Depending on the size of your ego battery, they might be a bit large in diameter, but I've always valued performance over looks.

Get k1, much better flavor.
But if i were you , i would maybe get an istick 20watt........will provide more power and alot longer battery life.
