use juice with less VG? Maybe you coil is compressed too tight or crammed into the juice channels too tightly?
Also what wattage? the RBA deck or any atty does have a maximum wattage you can vape it at even when wicked perfectly. In other words you can vaporize juice faster than the wick can carry it in.

Or just take smaller drags? I use 100 or 90 vg juice.
23 watts
My rba is the new one with black subtank mini so it doesnt have juice channels it has the holes on the side

Take smaller drags. My typical drags don't exceed 3 seconds. Maybe you have your cotton packed too tightly inside the coil? Are you DIY'ing your juice? I have found that DIY juice tends to be much thicker than premade max VG juice since many vendors do use distilled water to thin out their juice.

Ahh I have heard that if you stick a pin thru the middle of the cotton/coil it will help things? Of course remove the pin before vaping ;)

If you are using the RBA section-
Reduce amount of cotton/fill/wick
Make sure it reaches and aligns with the holes
Fluff before installing the chimney section.
Poke with tooth pick through chimney holes after installing

This will allow proper coverage as well as better wicking

How you mean poke with toothpick like which bit and poke it all way through?
