That would mean it's not something yihi wants upgraded. I was worried about that. I don't need 60 watts either way as I've never gone over 36. There was a other update though that they pushed out.

What did Phil think if the atlas? I can't watch his reviews. They're too long

He loved it!!

His usual nit picky gripes though.

He wanted more venting

an alen wrench provided in the box

gravity sensor upgrade that will allow faster watt increase/decrease instead of the slow build to hyper speed:laugh:

He still loved it though and recommended it.

Mine should be shipped soon. Just ordered the Blue one!

A place some call paradise
They're shipping the Allen wrench with it now so you're good on that front. I want more venting myself. I can't complain about the gravity thing personally. I prefer it being slower. When I'm adjusting it I make tiny adjustments and if it sped through it it'd be a real pita for me. I've had mine since the first batch shipped (the bad battery batch) and it's my main mod.

I tried something different today. I typically build around .7 on my magma and vape that around 32 watts.
I decided I'd try a higher ohm coil and just jack up the volts to get to my watts. Atlas got a little warm. Not sure if it was because I was holding it, my battery needed to charge or the voltage increase made it warm up or what. It's on the charger now so I'll continue with my test

Yup, mine came with an allen key. It was packed in with the USB charging cable. I'm vaping it right now 42 watts 0.4 ohms with an Infinite CLT and didn't notice the mod getting any warmer. The vape itself is hot as hell, though. I tried it at 50 watts with no problems although I started getting some dry hits so I backed it down a bit. Haven't tried that wattage with a higher ohm coil. I don't think it would be an enjoyable vape for me. 42 watts is already pretty crazy at 0.4.

I don't have an Atlas, but I do have a mod with an SX350 board in it. I was wondering if you can change the watts from the firing screen without going into the menu. I couldn't do that with my SX350 until I added the +/- switches. Is the atlas able to do that? Just wondering if they have custom firmware. Also, is the USB interface/upgrade working? Can it upgrade?

Wow two of them huh? Do you know if they did the 60watt update to the new atlases? I sent them an email asking if the box had the correct wiring to support it but haven't gotten a response yet

Anytime I find something I like, I always seem to end up with at least two! Lol! ProVape got my money 5x, but I think I'll settle for 2 Atlas boxes :D

Wow!
This mod needs alot more attention on these forums than it's getting. I'm pretty blown away with this thing. I went a little or of control and got the Atlas along with the rdna. Both are great devices but the Atlas is a monster and the sx350 board performs wonderfully. 30 watts on the Atlas is completely different from the max 30 on the rdna. Just a heavier vape with the same atty and build with the Atlas! The gravity sensor works flawlessly. I love my mechs but the Atlas may have pushed them to the back shelf for a while.
