Hey maile I've had this happen once on my ipro. Same thing kept firing I swapped batteries and it fixed the problem. Not sure if it was the batteries getting low or if it was something else but fresh batteries fixed mine. Let us know if that helped! Bov or buzz will be along to help soon hopefully!

Nope.... Tried a fresh set and it just started firing immediately :(

I have had this happen on my OBs and it was juice under the top cap. I had to clean the juice off the threads and that corrected the problem. Now, I always use a sealed 510-510 adapter and that stops any carto/atty leaks from getting inside.

Hang in there. I know that Mike or Bov will be along to help you soon.

Hi :)
I'm not sure if I am posting this in the right place but I just got a Buzz Pro off the classies from a really good guy. The problem is the day after I started using it the dial/wheel started pushing itself into the mod. I also noticed this metal that appeared underneath it. I attached a pic. It's kind of hard to describe, sorry. The dial got more difficult to spin and I can't see the red light as well. Thanks!

Keekers, it sounds like your dial has moved out of place. You will need to take the top cap off...follow the directions here http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/notcigs/110719-replacing-top-cap-buzz.html

When you have the top cap off, look inside where the dial is, right below the ground screw and nut you should see there is a tiny metal pin in the center of the dial. Take a small screwdriver and put it on top of that pin and then gently tap the screwdriver with something like a small hammer, or the handle of another screwdriver....gently! You aren't trying to hammer a nail, just tap the pin to tighten the dial back into place.

Let me know if that works, I've had to do this to one of my BPs.

I'm worried I'm going to mess up the wires! The pin is hard to get to with the wires being so tight above it. I got to the pin once but I couldn't keep a steady grip on the tiny screwdriver :(

I understand Keekers...you need about 5 hands to hold a light, the BP and screwdrivers! I had the hubby hold my BP while I whacked it ;)

You're welcome to RMA it, we just like to get folks back in business without having to go a couple of weeks turn around time. The shop is a bit backlogged right now :(

Here's the RMA form if you'd rather send it in RMA form

LOL!!
Yes, that's exactly the problem! I don't have 5 hands! I could try to get another set and see if I can fix it :)
Thanks for the assistance. I feel better knowing there is someone that can fix it in case I don't find enough hands :D

Yep, most likely the screw on the underside of the cap is loose as well since the both screw into a little brass sleeve. I borrowed Str8's pic to show you the disassembled top cap. With both screws out, that brass sleeve goes thru the center of the top cap. The screw on the underside holds the red wire and it's ring terminal to the post.

Regarding the underperforming Buzz Pro again. Hubby tightened the underside screw. However, when he removed the top cap, it looks like there is some charring or discoloration on that little side plate. It is working, but still seems as if it isn't performing as well as my 2nd Buzz Pro.:confused::(

Meaning - I am not getting as big of a TH or there isn't as much vapor. I used the same atty and juice to compare. Seems weak.

Send it in Rar. Fill out, print and send in the RMA form with it...I'm sorry :( RMA form

I can't find a record of when I purchased my Buzz...I know it was last summer. I've tried looking back on the forums, but can't find it. Also, I can't find it on my credit card...Unless it was pay pal. Hmmm I'll look there. Does RMA have a record?

Should have PM'ed me, bet i could have walked you through even finding a short (the HARDEST if in the house wiring, did fuses blow?) since i know you know how to use your meter. Did he fix it?
Yay! You can go into your Notcigs site account and find it. Sorry I didn't answer sooner...had an attic light short out and had to get an electrician out here.
