I am loving my ipro! The diameter is great. (My issue with the wheel is a non issue. It's doing fine now.) I am wondering if anyone has a suggestion on a way for me to make the button more comfortable. It is small enough that my finger is getting sore. I try to remember to switch hands or use my thumb, but will forget when I pick it up. Thanks!

Thanks Bovinia. You are always so quick to respond. What I have tried in the last 30 minutes or so is using the mouthpiece insert for an old cartomizer filed flat. The middle hole is the diameter of the button and fits over it. If it works out I may glue it on. I would rather not risk messing up my button though.
Thanks again!

I need some guidence. I have had my buzz pro since I believe November. I like my buzz pro, but I am becoming less confident in it. I sent it in a while back because I was having variable hit quality and accidentally broke the top wire. They fixed it and sent it back quick, no complaints there. A little while after I got it back I started to have pretty much the same problem. I know very well how to remove the top cap as to not damage the wire since the first time and the the screw since it was replaced has not been loose. I found that if I unscrewed the top cap maybe an 18th of a turn and tightned it again it would fire ok for a while then I would have to do it again. It honestly does not make sense to me. Now there is a new problem, it won't fire at all now. I have cleaned everything and the light still turns blue with the button pressed. My husband and I just used a mulitimeter to see if the power was reaching the top screw. At first it was with the cap open, then all together stopped when we closed the cap. Upon opening it again nothing. Please help, I have to make a decision on weather or not to keep my buzz pro or move on to something else.

Wampira, you said that you cleaned everything good, did you clean the top cap threads and the threads on the tube? How about the screw and under it? It doesn't take much juice getting under those parts to cause a problem. I would try taking the top cap off completely and clean all the parts of it. Also, you may need a new o-ring and washer that goes under the outer screw in the top cap. Here's a pic of all the parts. Let us know if that helps.

Did you see any defects in the o ring or washer when you took it apart? I would think it has to be something in the top cap if you are getting power to the ring terminal and blue light but no power to the top cap.

Mike is out of town this weekend, but I may be able to get some ideas from someone who had a similar issue. I'll send them a PM and see what I can find out.
