Technical Difficulties

Hello folks, hopefully someone with some experience will see this message as I can only post in the new members' forum!

I bought an E-Lites E200- the kind where the atomiser and cartridge come as one- about four weeks ago and have had no problems till now. When I take a drag, the light at the end lights up as usual but I get no hit and there is no steam whatsoever. The battery is fully charged and I've tried with several cartridges to no avail so the problem isn't in the atomiser. Don't know what to do, would appreciate any help!

if you have been screwing the cartomisers...(and thats what they are called) all the way on you may have pushed the center post of the battery connector in too far to make a good connection to the carto's center post...you might try this

and try not to tighten it all the way...just twist it enough to make contact...once you feel resistance to tightening stop...

I had a battery that was like that from the start. I took a paper clip, put it in the center hole of the battery, and carefully pulled the center post up a bit. I'm sure it is quite easy to break it this way, but I got lucky.

thats why I suggested the staple mod...less risk of killing what may be the users only battery...

Truth be told, I hadn't looked at the staple mod until just now... Much better idea. I didn't think about the fact you could use the center hole to keep the staple from shorting the battery out.
