Hello,
I know that things have been booming lately, but I've become a bit perturbed by something. About a week ago I sent a technical support request through your website and never heard back. I read here on Thursday that you guys implemented a new system with a new guy manning the helm. So I figured my first request might have been lost in the switch over and everything else. So I sent a second request and yet again got nothing in return. I have a low number buzz pro that is not functional and would like to get it serviced. I know its out of warranty, not to mention I'm the 3rd owner, but I wanted to get an estimate of how much it would cost to have it fixed. Granted, estimates are hard to do when you don't have the device, but I never received any acknowledgement that my request was even read. Being that this buzz is in the sub 60 range as numbers go, I would like to get it functional again and either use it or hold onto it. Heck, if I could just buy the circuitry and get instructions on how to replace it that would work. I know the original problem is either the button has gone bad or the circuit board has gone bad. I would get both lights with no carto and pushing the button would not change this. When I put a carto on I would get just the red light and again pressing the button would not change the light pattern and the carto would not fire. I have taken the top cap off and cleaned everything several times (the last time I messed up the crimp on the positive lead wire, so now it doesn't register when a carto is put on, but thats an easy fix) with no effect. I've put a multimeter to the positive post and the sidewalls and it shows an open circuit, so its not shorting out. Any way I can get information on what I need to do to send it in or buy the replacement parts I need? Either post here or send me a PM. Thanks
Jim
