maybe i just haven't found it yet but is there a section of the forum on vape technique... Today i learned that with my joye ego if you draw slowly for 5-7 seconds you get good vape that tastes like crap but if you draw a little faster for 4 or 5 seconds the taste is good with ok vape. i see plenty of sections of the forum for mods tips and tricks what to get but nothing on techniques for vaping cartos or techniques for vaping with attys, tanks ect. im sure everyone has there own way and every tank atty carto is differnt but there are only so many, what to get how to modify it smoking success stories but nothing on using the actual devices that are available.... did i just miss that section of the forum or does it not exist????? please guide me

Ifu are using a carto will be hard to get both nicely, vapor and taste. Try dripping in an atty, gives both, better vapor production and flavor. Also, usually u need a higher voltage device to get what u really want.
definatly tried dripping and yes it is nice but not on the go, in the car, in the field ect.

A lot of it depends upon your juice mix (PG/VG - higher VG = more vapor), the flavor (fruity vs tobacco, etc.), how long you hold the button (2or 3 seconds before you start your draw), how hard you draw (not like a cig - slower), etc.

With your 5-7 sec draw sounds like you are either overheating it or you are drawing to hard. If your 4-5 sec draw taste good try upping the VG level. Oh man it is so subjective and a little trial and error is needed. You will get a lot of advice, but some of it you will have to figure out with trail and error.

The PV you are using (assuming you have a 3.3 standard Joye) is not a big vapor producer like you see on many of the vid reviews. It is a good PV, but mostly is just where most people start. It is what I have and I am happy with it for 4 months now - not looking to ride off in a cloud of vaper and since I mix my own I have some that produce a lot of vapor and others not hardly any at all...

Do not know of an actual guide to do it, but like I said you will get a lot of advice of what to try to increase what you are wanting out of your PV.

Press the button and suck!:p
got that far but how to get the best production from each device, do you suck hard and how often do you suck, do you take 5 or 6 pulls and set it down for an hour or do you take one pull every 5 or 10 minuets. i know everyone is diff. but for a newb to have some easy to find guidlines, might help a little

There are no rules for vaping. It's whatever you want to do. Even chain vaping is OK, just be sure not to overdose on nic, but you will know if that happens. A lot of new members seem to chain vape in the beginning. Just vape whenever you feel a craving or want to.

I don't chain vape, but seem to have a PV in my hand most of the time and I just take a vape whenever I feel like it.

want to make sure this didn't get overlooked. press the button for several seconds before you draw..and at the end of the draw, I let go of the button and keep drawing for a second. if I draw too hard I get liquid in my mouth. be gentle! I use joye 510 and ego and attys - not cartos

I've found that my technique changes depending on the specific combiniation I've vaping with. Which battery, which carto or atomizer, which juice. Every little change requires an adjustment on my part to get the type of vape I want.

In other words, the only real answer to your question is that it's all trial and error.
