From the article and I think it says a ton about what is going on.

It seems to me that this isn't something the kids came up with but are in fact being encouraged to take part in. Probably after a little "education" by Marie Mulroy.
First of all kids are going to smoke if they want to. In fact making it illegal probably will make it more attractive for some kids. Also, I'm sure that there are already millions of kids who actually could use the e-cig to get over using regular cigs.
I'm not for handing anyone an e-cig who isn't already addicted to nic. There are acceptions like those who are using nic for medical reasons. If people who have never smoked decide they want to, then again I would suggest the e-cig as a better alternative.
Sounds like a busybody with a cause and limited knowledge trying to stir things up based on emotion rather than information.
