I got all my parts to make one these super duper bottom feeding nicostix's. But I am up in the air on if to use the brass tubing or high temp teflon.

I am leaning for the Teflon, just stuff it through the bottom of the batt connector, and leave some sticking out for the atty to slide onto. nice and flexible, but am concerned about leaking back into the box.

But finding the right mm tube is tricky, I think I need a 1 mm od teflon tube or to sand down some brass tubing.

As another option I took a cartomizer and pulled the positive center post out, it has a nice tube attached to it right off the bat, and put it backwards in a 510 batt connector. Giving me a ready made batt connector for bottom feeding. But Iwould like to cram some small diameter teflon in there to better feed the atty without shorting it out on the mesh.

Point me to some small dia. Teflon please. small enough to fit in the hole on the bottom of the 510 atty. I checked mcmaster and some other random links from the Great Goolge. and no luck yet.
