Wow....if anyone ever feels the need to have an analog, I found a way to crush that craving...I just spent the last hour surfing the net to see how long it takes our lungs to undo most of the damage we've done. It takes 10 years for our risk of lung cancer to be less then half the risk of a non-smoker...it's a little scary to think that the damage we've done to our lungs, could take up to 15 years to fix, and even then, we'll never be the same as when we we're non-smokers. I know this sounds bad, but at the time it scared me to think of how something I did for 5 years will effect the rest of my life. I'm more then scared straight right now.

Anyways, might as well get the next 15 years over with sooner then later, it's gunna be a bumpy ride guys:)

Yep when drinking alcohol is the worst for me

Drink your ejuice instead of the alcohol, problem solved! Just kidding....I've read where peeps will get 24mg (rather than their regular 18mg) for when they are going to go out drinking. Sort of ups the sensation to compensate for the alcohol.

Cheers!

No you will loose the urge with time. I was a 2 1/2 pack a day smoker and had smoked about 45 years.I'm at a little over 2 and a half years vaping. I can be around smokers with no problem. I just know I don't want them
